Great Service!!! Will recommend anyone and everyone!! I never thought I would go to a dealership. Always had fear of being ripped off or looked at as a dollar sign instead of a human. Ive always purchased cars off the streeet for the past ten years of driving (which always failed, something was always wrong after a short period) anyways, I walked in Key Hyundai, and was introduced to Alan. As I sat down I felt a little nervous, but only after a few moments I knew I was in good hands. He made me feel like he was in my corner and made sure I was going to walk out with a great, safe car for my children and myself and a type of car I wanted, not just anything to make a sale. We even talked about non car things like television shows we both like and my husband being in the army, how a friend would talk to another friend not a car dealer to a customer. Overall Alan is great. The Go To Man at this dealetship for sure. He makes you feel comfortable, even makes you laugh. He will most definitely work for you, the customer and make sure you are happy. He even helped to find a cheaper car insurance company for me after my car insurance company I had, sky rocket after my car purchase. He even checked with me the next day to make sure I found a cheaper one. I have already told numerous people to go to Key and ask for Alan. More

Her honesty and knowledge helped lower our guard and her patience, while going through the entire process, was phenomenal. She literally shared our excitement when we finally picked the car up. Everyone who helped me with the purchasing process of buying my new car was excellent! They made me feel comfortable, they were polite, honest, sensitive and extremely knowledgable about the vehicle I was interested in. They didn't try to sway me towards a more expensive choice just for the sake of a commission or to meet a quota. These gentlemen even made my teenaged daughter feel at ease, which is no easy task! When I walked into the dealership I met Tony and stated, "I don't think I'm going to be able to get a car today, but I just want to look anyway" He told me"We will get you into a car, relax" . He did not go back on his word! Laqwan was so kind and knowledgeable about the products and services offered with the vehicle I chose, and made me feel confident about purchasing the car. I loved my experience, I look forward to purchasing another car from this same dealership. More

He explained the differences between FWD and AWD to me which in turn helped me make a decision about what car would be best for me. I decided to look at the Sante Fe Sport. Alan explained all the different features that were available to me and then we took a test drive. I knew immediately that this was the best choice for me. It had all the space I needed, the different features that I wanted and all the safety features as well. Alan spent a long time with me explaining everything in detail. I really appreciated the fact that Alan was so thorough with the explanations because it made me very comfortable in making the decision to buy this car. When I was ready to leave the dealership, after my new car had been cleaned and gassed up, Alan sat in the car with me and set up my bluetooth connection for my phone and my Bluelink connection. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone!! Alan and the crew at Key Hyundai are top notch!! More

I bought a 2014 Hyundai at Key Hyundai of Milford this week, and thanks to the salesman Wayne Murray,I left having full confidence that I knew each and every detail of the vehicle. He assured me that if I had any questions or concerns all I had to do was call and he would be more than happy to explain. Since I wanted to compare two different models he was very knowledgeable and patient and suggested test driving both which was the selling point for me. Both Wayne and Sal were extremely informative and helpful during the entire process.. This is my third Hyundai from this dealership and I have been very pleased with Customer Service, Manny, Clyde,Wayne and Sal. I have recommended others and will continue to do so. It is a good feeling knowing that you can count on not only their sales force, but their service department. More
