This is no arrogance or high pressure sales techniques that you will experience at other dealerships. Everyone is professional and caring. The business manager, Manny Gonzalez is also one of the most professional business managers I have ever worked with. I have had all the high end cars, Mercedes, Audi, Jag, Porshe. I quality and performance of the Santa Fe I leased is beyond my expectations. This Hyundai dealership and vehicle provides excellent quality, professionalism, service, value without the arrogance of the vehicles I mentioned. Everywhere I go, people want to know what I am driving. If you want to feel as though you are above it all, or better than everyone else, go with the other vehicles I mentioned. Ive always purchased cars off the streeet for the past ten years of driving (which always failed, something was always wrong after a short period) anyways, I walked in Key Hyundai, and was introduced to Alan. As I sat down I felt a little nervous, but only after a few moments I knew I was in good hands. He made me feel like he was in my corner and made sure I was going to walk out with a great, safe car for my children and myself and a type of car I wanted, not just anything to make a sale. We even talked about non car things like television shows we both like and my husband being in the army, how a friend would talk to another friend not a car dealer to a customer. Overall Alan is great. The Go To Man at this dealetship for sure. He makes you feel comfortable, even makes you laugh. He will most definitely work for you, the customer and make sure you are happy. He even helped to find a cheaper car insurance company for me after my car insurance company I had, sky rocket after my car purchase. When I walked into the dealership I met Tony and stated, "I don't think I'm going to be able to get a car today, but I just want to look anyway" He told me"We will get you into a car, relax" . Alan explained all the different features that were available to me and then we took a test drive. I knew immediately that this was the best choice for me. It had all the space I needed, the different features that I wanted and all the safety features as well. Alan spent a long time with me explaining everything in detail. I really appreciated the fact that Alan was so thorough with the explanations because it made me very comfortable in making the decision to buy this car. When I was ready to leave the dealership, after my new car had been cleaned and gassed up, Alan sat in the car with me and set up my bluetooth connection for my phone and my Bluelink connection.
