I went to the dealer with no intention of buying a new car, I just wanted to look at the new 22 Tuscons since they had a bunch in stock. Dan Vargas came out and asked if I wanted any help and for haha's car, I just wanted to look at the new 22 Tuscons since they had a bunch in stock. Dan Vargas came out and asked if I wanted any help and for haha's I said what would you take for my car. He worked with Nick P. to get a trade in number for my car. I sat on it all day at work and then went back to the dealer to test drive it at the end of the day. Dan gave me a plate and told me to do whatever I wanted during the test drive. No pressure, no sales tactics, no 4 square finanacing BS, or anything. He just left me alone to play with the car. Because of the no pressure tactics, I decided maybe I would buy the car. Obviously in this market/economy there is no such thing as negotiating a better price since there is a global shortage and high demand for any car. However the dealer offered me $1000 rebate, $500 dealers choice rebate, and offered a little bit more than we originally talked about for my trade in. I figured that was as good of a deal as I would get so I went with it. Dan went got some paperwork with the out the door price and again with no sales pressure. I agreed and bought the car. After dealing with financing office, I signed contracts and a few days later I got the car. After I got the car I was told about the Hyundai warranty for every 7500 miles for oil changes / basic services would be free. if I agreed to pay for every other oil change after 3700 miles my 10 year 100,000 mile warranty would become 10 yr/150,000 mile warranty. it would also include 8 tires and a battery replacement. the cost of 8 tires and a battery is more than what it would cost in oil changes so it was a fantastic deal and a pleasant surprise. She was not pushy, she was encouraging, knowledgeable, patient, very friendly and helped me make the decision to purchase my SUV, Sante Fe. I would refer her to all my friends, and family and their friends and family. Working Ash to complete paperwork was also a breeze, everything was explained as I signed the paperwork.
