I found that car shopping wasn't as bad as I thought I have very ruff credit and didn't believe that with a repo on my credit report that I could get a car. I spent some time with Kevin and he explained a program that would reastablish my credit and approve my current situation, Alex also helped out by explaining the benefits to the drive worry free that would save me cost in ownership. when we walked into the dealer ship we were greeted and introduced to Alex who is a manager he then set us up with Jake are sales rep. We told Jake what we wanted we had done are research before going they did not have what we wanted in a 2014 but did have it in 2013 with a few more options then what we were looking for. Took the car for a test drive and oh boy what a beautiful car we were sold these cars really sell them selves. Jake did all the paper work and was pleasant and personable the whole time laughing and joking. In the end we were not happy with the price or the payment terms we were being tough on them I know they are there to sell cars but I wanted the best deal and I didn't feel we were getting it my wife got up and walked out leaving me sitting there with a bunch of car dealers foaming at the mouth. In the end negotiating with Alex and Jake we hammered out a deal we both could live with. The next day after calming my wife down she agreed and we picked up our car. All in all they were great guys selling cars I had fun with them they got the deal done and we are happy. Jake went over all the options in the car showing us how to use everything set up the blue link for us he was great. Remember to look for the cowboy hat he is very good. We came to Key Hyundai in Milford because my Husband and his son both bought cars from them. It was Presidents Day so it was very busy. We were greeted at the door with smiles and friendliness. We only waited about ten minuets and Rami walked up to us. He asked questions about what we would like in a car. He left and came back with a beautiful Honda Accord. Of course we fell in love with it and took it home. Rami had a lot of paper work to do. It took a long time but he stayed with us and kept us comfortable. He was making sure everything was taken care of. He's a great salesman, very friendly, very personable and I would recommend him to my friends and family. Thanks Rami More
Bentley was great. He answered all my questions. He asked me questions which lead me to car I would not of looked at without his detailed questions of what I was looking for. We recently made a visit to Key Hyundai regarding a pre-owned vehicle that was purchased in late January. We absolutely love this car but had a few issues which had us in to the service department twi pre-owned vehicle that was purchased in late January. We absolutely love this car but had a few issues which had us in to the service department twice prior to this day. All in total the three visits were handled with the utmost courtesy by each and every employee involved! The service department staff is very professional and kept us informed of everything being done to address the concerns that we had! In our opinion they are a top notch group of workers and the pride they have in their work really shows!! They were all so polite and courteous right down to the gentlemen that clean the car before returning it to us. This last visit was no different when I called and spoke with Andre Laporte. He asked if we could bring the car right down to them and they would take a look, even offered a loaner should it have to stay there. Although we had to spend time at each of these visits waiting for the service to be completed, we were always kept in the loop about what they were doing. Each call was handled immediately and the car was taken right in. The sales staff that weren't busy with other customers always engaged in conversation which made the time waiting pass quicker and that was very much appreciated. We would like to especially thank Bentley McCoy, who was the original sales consultant. although Andre was overseeing what was being done, Bentley checked in on us regularly while we waited, concerned that we were satisfied with our service and making sure we had no other worries. He is surely an asset to Key and when we are ready to make our next purchase we will most certainly ask for him to assist us! It has been over 10 years since I purchased my last vehicle. I was in denial that I would have to retire my SUV that I loved so much. I had over 191,000 miles and it was only a matter of time. I was forced into looking for replacement vehicles and absolutely dreaded those next steps and the headaches that would come from that process. I procrastinated for as long as I possibly could. The problem was, I wanted another SUV because I commute, but I just couldn't afford one. I was given Alan's name from a good friend who had relied upon Alan's expertise in the past and I was told that "I was in good hands" and that Alan "would take good care of me." I trusted my friend, but didn't give much credence to the words she offered. C'mon, we're talking about a car salesman here. We all know their reputations, so I don't need to go into any detail of what I was thinking. I was a single woman walking into a dealership alone, afraid and my defenses were up! Meeting Alan was confusing - he was professional, but laid back and easy-going - not words I would use to describe a car salesman. I was just agonizing over this process, but he sensed my apprehension and reluctance and immediately put me at ease. He asked a few questions and really listened to what I needed. Not only did Alan deliver, but I am in disbelief as to how easy he made this decision for me. It has been the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle and it's due to Alan's knowledge, experience and keen intuition. I asked for two key things - a vehicle with 1 or 2 prior owners and low miles. Alan delivered with flying colors on both of these. I am so excited and thrilled beyond words!! I love the new car I'm driving!! I thought I would have to sacrifice what I really wanted, but that is not the case. Alan's and Tony Ebanks' close collaboration and teamwork put me in a vehicle I just couldn't picture myself in. Where I lacked foresight, they came together in putting me in a vehicle I love and will enjoy for many years! Together, Alan's and Tony's expertise have made the whole car-buying process painless and through this I am so pleased to have met them. I love my car and it's because of their hard work and dedication that I'm able to own such a nice vehicle.
