We purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra in the summer of 2012 and we were not only pleased with the sales and financing services but with all subsequent service appointments! We recently went back to trade in fo and we were not only pleased with the sales and financing services but with all subsequent service appointments! We recently went back to trade in for another model, a Hyundai Genesis Coupe and again we were very pleased with the service!! Everyone involved was efficient, friendly and did their best to answer any questions and make the process as quick as possible for us. Our congratulations to Alex Ortiz, who sold us our car in 2012 and is now a manager!! This dealership offers the best new and used car warranties out there and we checked several, no one compared! I had a wonderful experience from the minute I entered this dealership. Alan Rudman greeted my friend and I at the door. We exchanged pleasantries and then got down to business. I pretty much knew what I was looking for and I shared this with Alan. He reassured me that I was making the right choice. I was interested in leasing the 2014 Tuscon. Alan went through in detail all of the benefits of the Tuscon, he was very thorugh in his desciption. Obviously the next stop was the pricing. In my head I knew what number I was looking for. After a couple of back and forths Sal came out and sealed the deal. Sal definitlety put a big smile on my face!! I never thought I would be driving out of the dealership on Saturday, February 1st with a new SUV. Before doing so, Alan sat in the car with me and went over all of the gadgets. He programmed my cell phone and my radio along with explaining how to operate everything else. I must mention Tony Ebanks too. He was very pleasant to work with in the paper signing process. I am thrilled with my car and have shared with my family and friends how great it was to work with Alan, Sal and Tony. We bought a Hyundai Elantra GT in October 2012 -- Fast forward to January 2014 our car was involved in an accident which left us to search again. Buying a car to me is awful. Add cold weather 2 small children and an absolute NEED to do it - makes it dreadful. Our search started online. My husband and I researched cars we liked, and found dealers who had them at a price we agreed upon. We went and test drove a lot of vehicles, and the picky lady I am, nixed them all. They weren't big enough and they didn't have the few select options I wanted. Our search continued and we ended up at Key Hyundai of Milford. The friendliness of Key starts the moment you drive onto the lot. There was a beautiful woman who was waiting outside (in the "polar vortex" cold weather) to say hello. She is there to simply say hello and welcome you to Key. Debbie the receptionist brought my children coloring pages and crayons. We met with salesman Alan Rudman. We met him when we bought our first car at Key. Alan is awesome! He is an honest guy who made buying a car pleasant. Alan made my family and I feel welcome and made us feel like we have been friends for years. We initially went to the dealership to test drive a Tuscon which just was smaller than I wanted. We mentioned we were interested in the Santa Fe, but it was just a little too pricey. We left and our car search continued. We went to a few more dealerships over the course of a week, meanwhile Alan and his team worked hard to get the car we wanted at a price we could afford. Alan left us a message regarding the Santa Fe, and we didn't hear from him again, trying to bully or persuade us to come in again. We were at a dealership in the area when we decided to pop in again. Alan was there to say hello and we sat down and we were able to get the car we WANTED! Alan is kind and funny. He was professional and friendly. He truly made me the BEST deal on the car. Desperately needed a car, as mine needed a lot of work done that I could not afford. Don't have great credit and was very concerned that if I could find anything, the payments would be outrageous. After struggling with credit issues and finding the right dealership to work with to help restore my credit, I was advised to visit Key Hyundai.
