We got there on a Sat morning and were pleasantly greeted by Bentley. He was open, honest, and genuinely helpful. We left about 2 hours later with offer in hand. We decided all things being equal between the 3 cars we drove the best experience was certainly the hours we spent with Bentley and Brion. The Sonata Limited 2.0T in blue wasn't bad either. We originally wanted to buy a used car but ended up buying a new one for only $2.5k more. And far less than the closest 'top' brand would offer. Being in the tech field I can easily find the cheapest deal on the internet, and I did, so I know I got a great deal. (We still paid a bit more over the cheapest internet price.) We are generally brand loyal but we switched based on low pressure sales process, high value in the Sonata, and yes, no-nonsense price. But a big factor in purchasing decision was a pleasant purchasing experience combined with fair and honest negotiating. They even threw in a set of all-weather floor mats. Bottom line - On the second visit I showed up at 6pm and drove off that night at 9pm with my new car. Negotiating, paperwork, financing, car was detailed and prepped, new plates, registration, Bluelink setup online, and insurance. When walking into Key Hyundai was greeted by salesman Bentley McCoy. I was very impressed by Bentley for many reasons. He was a saleman but also a gentleman. He showed my wife and I around showing and answering all our questions for a few hours tring to make us feel comfortable with the type car we wanted. My wife and I left for a half hour for lunch/talk and came back with the deal that was on the table because of Bentley and bought the car! Salesperson was very good at explaining costs and services and warrantys that applied, and supplied a carfax sheet, as well as taking time to explain operation of the car. He was friendly and helpful. Everyone was skilled at being gently pushy to gain the sale. There was not a lot of stalling on the part of sales, and was helpful to have registration and insurance provided at the business. The financial department handled all the paperwork knowledgeably and expeditiously. More

Tony was courteous and explained all the "paperwork" in a very clear manner. All 3 gentleman that I worked with were extremely professional and knowledgeable about their brand. My overall experience was great, Wayne sale consultant was great and was not pushy. He listen and very thorough with going over the vehicle . I went to the dealership to shop around for used cars. I had heard good things about the dealership so I thought I would check it out. Despite the crowded parking lot, we were able to find a spot. We found Bentley standing around and told him what I was looking for. I was looking to buy a used car that had both low miles and a low price tag. He should me and my family some cars and I finally settled one one that I liked. I really liked the car, despite it being a lower end model (but I was not shopping for flash). It was a 2009 Hyundai Accent with very low mileage and price tag I liked. After driving around Milford (which included I-95), I was satisfied with the car. So I went into the dealership with my family to fill out many forms. I had another engagement so we decided to split the process into two days. I did not feel pressured into buying the car and felt like it was own decision, which I really liked. After finalizing all over the paperwork, I was told to return two days later to pick up plates and register the vehicle. When I brought the car home, I noticed there was a minor dent near the headlight (which I would of preferred that I was told about) and the inside of the car was pretty disgusting. There was a lot of dust, the rear cup holders were caked with dirt and receipts as well as other parts of the car. In addition to this, the check engine light came on after several days of use. I am planning on taking it back to the dealership to have it looked at. My only other complaint was that when I drove up to the dealership on Tuesday to register and receive the plates, I was told the title had not yet come in. I was disappointed that I drove out of my way to be informed to turn around and wait for their phone call (despite being informed that the dealer plate that I received was very expensive and it needed to returned as soon as possible. Overall though, I am satisfied with my purchase and would there again. Customer Service: 4/5 Everybody was really nice there and I feel like everybody went out of their way. My only complaint was having to go out of my to the dealership, only to find out that my title was not ready yet. The dent, the dirt, and the dust was also issues that I found. Quality of Work: 2/5 If your job is to detail cars, then you should inspect places like the emergency brake, cup holders, ash tray, and glove compartment. Missing these key areas is not acceptable. In addition to the check engine light (which I am going to see why that came on when I return to the dealership. Friendliness: 4/5 I really liked everybody at the dealership and I everybody was kind and courteous. Overall Experience: 4/5 Barring the issues that I found with the car, I had an excellent experience. Price: 5/5 There is no other dealership is Connecticut that offer as good as a price that I got. This is one area where the dealership really shined. More
