I had the best car purchase experience of my life with Alan Rudman at Key Hyundai in Milford. I didn't have any plan to get a new car;however, while I was waiting for the service on my old Sonata, I aske Alan Rudman at Key Hyundai in Milford. I didn't have any plan to get a new car;however, while I was waiting for the service on my old Sonata, I asked about a letter I had received in the mail. The letter had said that I could get into a brand new car and still have the same monthly cost. Frankly, when I received the letter, I thought it was too good to be true. I was wrong. That's exactly what happened. I traded my 2011 Sonata for a 2013 Sonata without having to put any money down and my monthly payment staying the same. The salesman, Alan, was incredible. He went through everything with me step by step completely explaining exactly what we were doing and how I could benefit from the car. Then he did the usual,"go talk to the manager" thing, came back to the table and said we're good to go. I was shocked. I completely expected that he would come back and counter with an offer that involved me putting money into the deal. Frankly, if he had, I would have walked away. Next thing I knew I was signing some papers and he handed me the keys to my new car. Alan spent a lot of time going through the car with me to make sure I knew how to utilize the car to get the most out of it. He set up bluetooth, showed me how to work the navigation system, how to program XM, FM and AM channels on the radio and sat in the car while I called Blue Link (Hyundai's equivalent of OnStart) and made sure I went through everything I needed to with the Blue Link operator. He helped me transfer my belongings from one car to another and made my first service appointment. He also, completely explained the warrantees that come with the car. Alan didn't have the car salesman edge that most of them have. He was just a down to earth, nice man, who had been selling cars for 20 + years and knew everything about his product and the warrantees that come with it. I left feeling completely confident that I had made a good decision and that I knew how to work my new car. Key Hyundai of Milford has a great service and sales staff. I recommend this dealership to everyone out there looking for a new car. More

Every person we met was friendly, helpful and really nice to us. Rami is terrific, do not lose him. he even came to our house to help me hook up the car to the garage door opener and also explained the car to us. I was a walk-in and was seen by Sal Jr immediately. I was looking for a specific model type and color and was told they didn't have any in stock. Sal suggested I look at the next model up which had the corre looking for a specific model type and color and was told they didn't have any in stock. After a lengthy feature walk through and good test drive, I realized that my original choice would not have worked for me as it would have been too small. I got a good price on the car, but a somewhat disappointing trade in value. Thus, Sal & I started the purchase process, joined by Brion and another sales manager (whose name I've forgotten). For every bump in the highway the Hyundai team either fixed it or helped me work it out. When my last signature was on the last dotted line, Sal escorted me out to the well prepped new car. He then proceeded to instruct me on all the operational intricacies (with a pop-quiz at the end!). I drove away so happy that I treated myself to a sushi dinner! All in all, an unpleasant task rendered enjoyable by the professionalism and affability of Sal and the others at Key Hyundai (Milford). More

I came to Key Hyundai to purchase a car and had the pleasure of working with Erin Dempsey over the phone and Mark Stewart in the office. Both employee's were WONDERFUL. He offered my fiance and I food because we were there well past closing time. Most places would have rushed us out but everyone (Chet included) did their best to make me feel as comfortable as possible. It is refreshing to have dealt with such a awesome group of people! More
