Sales manager let the salesman work, but stepped in when necessary, advocated on the behalf of the salesman and buyers with the general manager. Company obtained the right car by trading from a dealer 150 miles away. Salesman personally drove the car between dealerships, introduced the buyer to the car, reviewed major features, introduced buyer to the service department and business manager. I thought everyone in the Dealership really listened to what we wanted and there was no hard sell. Most of all, I love my new Hyundai! The only thing I would suggest is a different choice of background music. Listening to the thumping beat for 4-5 hours really gave us a headache! Other than that, I would recommend this dealership.
