My husband & I just purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra yesterday at Key Hyundai of Milford, and it was far and away the best experience we have ever had at any car dealership. Ever. We had made an appoint yesterday at Key Hyundai of Milford, and it was far and away the best experience we have ever had at any car dealership. Ever. We had made an appointment and there was no wait time at all before we met Maurice Moody, who offered us water/coffee, then sat down and asked a few questions about what we wanted out of a car purchase. He then introduced us to Sal Jr., our salesperson, who, after offering us water/coffee, had a few more in-depth questions. After filling out some paperwork, the Maurice/Sal team found us the PERFECT car, based solely on my requirements of "not too expensive and a stick shift". We took a test drive, and were pretty much approved for financing by the time we had actually accepted some water and coffee. The finance manager, Carlos, was very courteous and efficient, and we were able to take home our new car. During the whole experience, the entire team was professional, low-pressure, and responsive. When I say they found me the perfect car for my needs, I mean it is gorgeous, and apparently had literally just arrived on the truck. When I found out during the final walk-through with Sal Jr. that it would stream music from my iPhone, I was ecstatic. Moreover, this is the very first time in over 20 years of buying new cars that I didn't walk away with a feeling of nausea from having just signed a multi-year payment deal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know interested in purchasing a new car, and moreover plan to return there myself when I'm ready to buy another one. Charles found THEE PERFECT used car for my boyfriend, who is disabled, an he fell in love with the Dodge Caravan that Charles found for us. I am thankful that they made my boyfriend so happy. But I KNEW they would. I have been dealing with Key Hyundaif of Milford since 2004 and have bought two (now three) vehicles from them and will definitely go back in four years when my Sonata is paid off for my next car. I told Charles he better be there when I come back in four years. I think he will have a very good career there. More
