This is my first time buying a new car. I was very skeptical at first because I have never bought a car and I've always heard horror stories. After going to other dealers I felt like I was being taken advantage of and the numbers didn't add up. Eventually I came to Hyundai and Wayne (the Salesman) and Manny (the Finance Manager) helped me greatly. Wayne helped me find the exact car I wanted and showed me all the features in and out. He answered all my questions no matter how trivial and despite exhaustive interrogating by me, Wayne remained calm and caring of my questions and concerns. Manny was very helpful in breaking down the numbers so that they made sense and did add up. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of or smooth talked. I was very satisfied with every level of service provided by these two men at Hyundai and would highly recommend doing business with them. Thank you Gentlemen for all of your help! More

The only sticking point to the actual sale was that the agreed upon payment was different when I went over paperwork with the Finance Manager. The Finance Manager gave me an option of a monthly payment agreed upon payment was different when I went over paperwork with the Finance Manager. The Finance Manager gave me an option of a monthly payment for 72 months (which would have added over $2,000 to the price of the car or a payment option for 60 months (which would have added over $4,000 to the final cost of the car). The final payment derived at ended up being only 77 cents greater than the agreed upon monthly payment after I showed the Finance Manager that the salesman had written the agreed upon price on a blank purchase order form. Wayne made sure that I knew every inch of that car before driving away. Wayne also made me feel that if I ever have any problems to call him as he would always be there in the background to make sure that I do "Drive worry free".
