I spent time researching dealerships before making the decision to purchase a car from Key Hyundai (Milford) and they did not disappoint! From the minute I stepped into Key, I felt welcomed. I was introduced to Alan who I can honestly say, is the best car salesman I have had the pleasure to work with during a car purchase. He was thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and HONEST! After listening to what I was looking for he pulled out a 2012 Certified Hyundai Sonata for a test drive. I sat in the car and knew Alan had chosen the perfect car to meet my needs! Alan introduced to be Anthony so the financing could begin. Anthony was courteous and explained all of the details of the down payment, my trade and discussed where my comfort level was for a payment. Anthony & Alan introduced me to Ron who was also working on the financing deal. I left the dealership feeling comfortable that these men were working to get me the best deal. Alan followed up with on Saturday & Sunday and we set up the pick for Monday evening. Alan took care of contacting my insurance company and even arranged to have them call me at work to take care of transferring my insurance. I pulled into the dealership on Monday night and was greeted by Alan....I don't know who was smiling more...me or him!! He took me out to the car and went over each of the features of the car and made sure that I knew how to use them. He even set up my phone with the bluetooth!! We went inside and I met Carlos who went over the finance paperwork with me. He made the paperwork as painless as possible! Both Ron & Anthony took the time to come over and congratulate on my purchase and thank me for my business. It is those personal touches that made purchasing my 2012 Hyundai Sonata at Key Hyundai a GREAT one! Buying a new car from Key Hyundai was a pleasant, non-stressful experience. You are greeted by no less than three employees who are all willing to help you. The showroom was bustling with potential buyers the three times I visited the dealership. My sales associate, Alex Ortiz, was very professional and friendly. I felt that I had a good connection with him right from the start. I started looking for a new car in the Summer of 2012. Alex immediately asked what my buying parameters were, type of car and price, and started outlining some of the possibilities. I realized that I needed to wait to put together a bigger down-payment. Alex called me about 3 months after my initial visit and asked me to come in again to take advantage of some dealer incentives. As a result of Alex's persistence, I am now the proud owner of a 2013 Sonata. I absolutely love the car! He is a very good salesman in that he connects to his buyers and in his own words, doesn't make a pest of himself. He knew I would be looking to buy a car by the end of this year and followed up with me. He is a very good person, very believable and works with the buyer's parameters to come up with a win/win experience.
