This is my 4th Hyundai and the 3rd I've gotten from Key. I was leasing a 2010 Elantra and decided to get into a 2013 Sonota. The people I dealt with at Key Hyundai, Alan Rudman and Carlos Trindade made my experience purchasing a new car a most pleasant one. From the minute that I was greeted by Alan I felt comfortable. He made me feel that I was important to him as well as the dealership. He took the time to find out my needs and then showed me the Tucson model that I was interested in. We took a test drive and he did not rush me back to the dealership but let me take my time to get the feel of the car both on the highway as well as on a heavily traveled road – Route 1 in Milford. I was very pleased with the car and when we got back to the dealership Alan explained all of the features of the car and showed me in detail how everything worked. The new cars have tons of “bells and whistles” and Alan was very knowledgeable as to how everything worked making it easy for me to understand. We then sat down to talk pricing and again Alan made me feel very comfortable and was very open to the pricing I needed to be able to purchase this car. Once we settled on a price Carlos took over getting all of the necessary paperwork. He also made us feel extremely comfortable and explained all of the charges on the bills when I had questions. He made the tons of paperwork processing seem effortless and I sailed through it. It became apparent to me and my husband that Hyundai is the type of dealership that wants the customer to be extremely satisfied with the entire car experience from start to finish. They have proven this to me and I will be sure to recommend them highly to friends and family. More

i went in to just test drive the 2013 hyundai accent hatchback not intending on buying it. Wayne Murray was the salesman who helped me and my husband. After much research on the car i decided to go back and purchase the vehicle but only after i test drove it and made sure my kids car seat(s) fit so we came down on a tuesday night and wayne helped us again. He was very friendly and patient with us. we ended up closing down the place making the purchase and Wayne stayed untill almost 10p.m. to finish up with us. i thought that was amazing since the place closes at 8p.m. also manny helped us w/the finances and he was there late with us as well. all in all my expierience w/key hyundai of milford was awesome and i would and will recommend this dealership to anyone More

I went to the dealership looking to buy a 2012 Elantra coupe. I went to at least 3 other Hyundai dealerships. The best service that I was provided was with Key Hyundai of Milford. Mike is one of the most helpful and friendliest salesman I have encounter while looking for a new car. They are not pushy and are very honest at this dealership. I would highly recommend to family or friends or anyone buying a car to purchase at Key. Even after purchasing my new car, they followed up with me to see how things were going so far and any questions I have had they have gone out of their way to answer and help. I visited the dealership on Thursday 9/6/12 and I was debating between buying a Hyundai Sonata or a Kia Optima. Randolpho was extremely polite,friendly and patient. He is also very knowlegeable. He did not seem like a salesman but an old friend. Always smiling and accommodating. Definitely an asset. The customer service of the entire dealership from the time I entered the door until I drove away with my new vehicle was phenomenal. Let me also mention the ladies at the front desks have such awesome personalities. There is also an associate there named Mike(do not remember his last name) he walked me thru all the ins/outs of my vehicle he even paired my phone to my car...SO GRATEFUL!!! Lastly let me mention the Finance associate. He was WONDERFUL!!! He completed all my paperwork was extremely professional and kind. I can not rate this dealership high enough...EXCELLENT!!! More
