I was in need of a car and had visited a different dealership four months ago. My credit is not the greatest, and when this other dealership discovered this, they were not willing to help me. While driving to the dealership, I had knots in my stomach, afraid that this was going to happen again. My boyfriend and I were barely out of our care when we were approached by Alex Ortiz. He had a ready smile and a hand shake for us. When we sat down to run numbers, he said that leasing would not be an option, but they had a couple of cars on the lot that I could fit into. We took a 2010 Nissan Versa for a test drive and I liked it. I was concerned about price, but between Alex and Anthony Walker, they were able to get me into a payment I was comfortable with into a car that was a good fit for me and my lifestyle. Went to this dealer through a recommendation of a excar salesman I know. I called Wednesday in regards to a car on their lot. Friday I went to the lot checked out their inventory. Alan Rudman was very professional in every way a salesman should be. I had a car to trade in also. Which is how i came to meet Andre Laporte who is very friendly and will work with you 100% in meeting you with what you want for your trade. When it was time for the paperwork (Saturday afternoon) is when I was introduced to Carlos Trindade.I has walked into the lot expecting to need a cosigner, Carlos informed me he could finance me by myself. Which was music to my ears. He was great with explaining everything as many times as I asked and never got aggravated or annoyed not matter how "dumb" is the word I'll use seemed. I am blown away by the amount of courtesy shown to me and the lack of stress and haggling need to get me into the car I wanted to drive off the lot with. Which I did do Saturday night at 7p when their doors closed at 6p. This dealer will really go the extra mile to get you into the car you want. More

they were very friendly & helpful. I got just what I needed. they are just a little slow. I was there for over 2 hrs filling out paperwork on the new car I was buying & my car wasn't ready when I wanted needed. they are just a little slow. I had been looking into buying a new car since my car was on its last leg. Started looking at the Hyundai's and really liked them, so i decided to check them out. Service was amazing, employee's were extremely nice and helpful. Went in just to check out some cars and prices but ended up buying a car that day. More

My salesman was wonderful, however, the going back and forth to the finance office was crazy, I was there for 5 1/2 hours. The 1st car I test drove was the one i ended up with, however, the 1st deal was forth to the finance office was crazy, I was there for 5 1/2 hours. The 1st car I test drove was the one i ended up with, however, the 1st deal was way out of my league. I drove 2 other cars and was provided 2 other offers, none of them worked for me. I finally was given a deal on the original car I test drove that I was able to accept. I just don't understand why that offer was not presented in the first place. It would have saved me and the salesman 4 hours. More

We went for a walk to look at what used vehicles were on the lot. It took no more than 10 minutes and she found the perfect car for me. We then began the negociating process and Anthony Walker assisted Angela with this part of the process. They both worked very hard to make this deal possible for me. They were extremely professional at all times. I believe both parties were pleased with this deal. They made this experience a real pleasure which I haven't been able to say about other Dealerships. I then went to see Manny to complete the financing. He again was very professional and explained in detail the terms of the financing agreement. This process was very we organized and didn't take long at all. Great job everyone More
