After shopping around for several weeks, I was about to give up hope on deciding on a new car. As a last ditch effort, my husband and I turned into Key Hyundai. He listened to my wish list, worked through my financing options and never once pushed me into making a decision I wasn't comfortable with. Let's face it, a $20,000+ car is a weighty decision in my world. I don't want to go to bed at night worried about making the wrong decision. My experience with Alex Ortiz at this dealership has been "top-notch". He greeted me as I came in "just looking" and ultimately sold me a Sonato. I told him I was interested in either an Elantra or Sonata (I "top-notch". He greeted me as I came in "just looking" and ultimately sold me a Sonato. I told him I was interested in either an Elantra or Sonata (I had done research on both) and he had me drive both cars. I was impressed because he brought the Elantra out first (the less expensive car) and there was no pressure to buy. I then tried the Sonata and felt it was roomier and more of what I wanted after coming from an Acura TL. Alex scheduled me back in after 3 days to have the car simonized.
