I went to the Genesis. com website to fill out a request for information and to schedule a test drive for the new Genesis GV60. The site stated that a representative from th com website to fill out a request for information and to schedule a test drive for the new Genesis GV60. The site stated that a representative from the Genesis Concierge center would contact me soon. I was impressed by how quickly they called me to set up an appointment at Key Hyundai of Milford Ct for a test drive. Made the appointment for the next week and received a call from them on the day of the test drive to verify that I was going to keep my appointment. Travel time read 1½ hours on the gps but with traffic in the morning the trip took 2½ hours. Once at the dealership I informed one of the employees that I had an appointment to test drive the Genesis GV60 and she looked at me like I was beamed down from a spaceship. When she went to speak with a manager, I decided to call the concierge’s office to find out what was going on. It was then and only then I notified that they did not have that vehicle in stock, and the dealership hadn’t received the demo vehicle for test drives yet. The concierge center not only misinformed a potential customer but failed to communicate with their local dealership. It was a complete waste of my time and gas. More

He was patient, explained everything, and It was probably the best experience we’ve ever had purchasing a car. Our salesperson, Gabe, was phenomenal! He was patient, explained everything, and was with us every step of the way. In fact, he was so good, our daughter is also purchasing a new car from him. I cannot say enough good things about Gabe, and the entire staff. I will recommend him, and the dealership, to everyone I know thinking about purchasing a new car. More
