My husband was coming to the end of his lease on his beloved Genesis coupe and was not sure if he wanted to buy it or get a new one. We went to the dealership to look on a Sat and were driving home wit beloved Genesis coupe and was not sure if he wanted to buy it or get a new one. We went to the dealership to look on a Sat and were driving home with his new love on Thurs. He had very specific requirements for the new car and Randolfo Cabrara was able to locate the perfect car. He was able to get us an excellent price and lease terms with the help of the sales and business managers. Several employees stayed over an hour late on Thurs so to we could consummate the deal the same day he test drove the car. In our 30+ years of marriage we have purchased many cars together and this ranks as one of the most trouble free and pleasant car buying experiences ever. Randolfo is so upbeat. Every phone call started with "I have good news". He and his team came through for us big time. More

Victor Torres knew about the used cars he had on the lot that weren't Hyundai vehicles, he's helped me with getting the insurance on my car right away. Victor also took his time with me to make sure this car was what I would like for as long as I'd own it. Chad, the desk manager got the numbers to work and matched closely to the numbers I wanted to be a month. Manny, in finance, finalized all the paperwork. He went over everything and really took his time to explain things to me. This was a great buying experience and I'd refer them to anyone. More

Earlier this month I needed to trade up a car to a new vehile. Having had great success with my other 2 Hyundai's which I purchased from Key, I stopped there first. I was greeted my Mike Ocone, my sales vehile. Having had great success with my other 2 Hyundai's which I purchased from Key, I stopped there first. I was greeted my Mike Ocone, my salesman, and told him I was looking to get into a new Tucson. After reviewing with me my needs, he found out that I was looking for a very specific vehile including Color, however I was open to looking at a preowned Santa Fe. Turns out that he had just recieved in the exact color and model of the Turson, earlier that afternoon. Working with Mike was great as he didn't try pushing the keys in your hand or try forcing you to look at a car you don't want. We took the car for a test drive along with a Pre-Owned. There was not question that the new Tucson was exactly the car for me. We closed the deal on Monday evening and they got the approval the following morning and took deliver Tuesday evening. There were a few options that you could get if you ordered the car, but were not on this one. Mike made arrangement for these to be include in the sale and I will be dropping the car off tonight for them to install. I highly recommend KEY of Milford, but if you go there, insist on seeing Mike Ocone. More

Our salesperson, Wayne Murray, is very knowledgeable about the Hyundai products. In showing us the Azera, he reviewed ALL the instruments, demonstrating how they worked. After purchasing the car, he was just as personable as before we bought it. Again, he showed us how things work when we picked up our new vehicle. I did not feel the "pressure" to buy the car, as we explained we wanted to do more research regarding the Azera, since I changed my mind from the Sonata to the Azera in one day. When we returned, two days later, Wayne worked with us, and we were able to close a deal. Never in my life have we EVER purchased anything in such a short time. Thanks Hyundai. Thanks Wayne. I would highly recommend Key Hyundai of Milford and Anthony to my friends and family. From the minute I walked in the door the staff was very courteous,friendly and welcoming (which I had not found at Anthony to my friends and family.
