Alan Rudman was the saleman that was selected to help me. Right from the start, Alan listened to what I wanted and then proceeded to take me on the lot to check out a few models. After riding in the Sonata with its great pickup speed, I was able to narror the choice down. (you see I owned an Elantra for 12 years). We then went back to the showroom, where I was planning on walking away now that I had an idea what Key Hyundai had to offer me. I told Alan, I wanted to check out a couple other dealerships to see what they offered. Alan told me to sit tight while he went to speak to his manager Aubry. Aubry came back with a somewhat sweet deal. After going back and for several times, I realized no other dealership offers the guarantee that Key Hyundai does. Five year front to back and 10 year Powertrain. That held me at Key a little longer. The clincher was when I found out that the car I was interested in was a 2013 Sonata. Wow, brand new, I felt ahead of the game and signed. Even the finance department was great. As far as Alan, real down to earth guy. Alan is old school in his sales, much appreciated by me. Also offered me his Minneola Orange right from the start. I thought wow, this guy is offering me his snack, how great. We ended up sharing. When lunch time came around, Alan went and got me pizza. After purchasing, Alan walked me through the important steps of what my car had to offer and the operation of the vehicle. He even took a picture of me and the new car, using my phone.
