I just purchased a beautiful Hyundai Sonata Limited in white with black interior. Not only was my sales rep Alex fantastic in working on finding the exact make model and style that I was looking for but white with black interior. Not only was my sales rep Alex fantastic in working on finding the exact make model and style that I was looking for but he also made the buying experience the most comfortable and easy time I have ever had buying a new car, as well as trading in my old car. Everyone at the dealer was nice, and welcoming which is a rare experience for me at a dealership. Its has been two weeks and all of the sudden today I received a welcoming gift as well from the dealership, not something that most dealers do, they have kept in touch to ensure everything is going great. I certainly can say I have received the best customer service from Key Hyundai in Milford since the second I requested a quote. Thank you guys for such great service. More
I purchased a used car recently "2011 hyundia sonata" and love everything about it. Very clean inside and out, no rust on the engine or under the car, fresh smell and extremely low miles. He was very friendly, informative, not forceful on making the sale, entertaining and went above / beyond his normal job duties i would say. I feel very comfortable with my purchase without any doubts in mind. I would go back and purchase more cars from this dealership also through the same sales man. Too bad im not rich but hopefully I will be one day LMAO Go to this dealership if you want friendly useful service, a great car and a good price for it. My sales consultant Wayne Murray went ABOVE and BEYOND what I expected. He was very professional and really worked hard to get the BEST deal possible for me. Approximately 3 weeks ago we purchased a beautiful used car for our teenage daughter. We had a fantastic experience working with RW, Andre and Key Hyundai. Prior to this experience we had always had so-so car for our teenage daughter. We had a fantastic experience working with RW, Andre and Key Hyundai. Prior to this experience we had always had so-so experiences with dealers and although satisfied we were never overly impressed with any dealers. After working with Key for my daughters car, this changed and our desire was increased for a newer and larger car for ourselves. We had never really thought we'd be able to afford to purchase a mini-van or SUV for the payments we had for our HHR. But since we had such a great first time experience with Key and they advertised being able to do such a thing, we figured we may as well check it out. I spoke to Andre first and he set me up to work with RW again. RW knew just what we were looking for and assured me they would do their best to make it happen. This was no small feat considering we still had almost 2 years left on our current loan and not the best credit rating. Manny from Key was able to get the financing for us and we now own a 2011 Kia Sedona minivan. We have never been happier!! RW is the absolute best to work with. He is so personable and kind. Key is ALWAYS slammed with customers and we saw the salesmen running around with everyone extremely busy! The impressive thing is no matter how busy they were, R.W. had time for us. He didn't ever make us feel unimportant and actually every salesman appeared to have a similar attitude. You're made to feel important to them. I guarantee I will continue to go to Key and R.W. for any vehicles purchased from here on out. I will (and have already)recommend their dealership to anyone I know. More
I purchased a 2012 Sonata this week. It was not my first time visiting Key. I thought about the Sante Fe, then the Vera Cruz. Randolfo was very patient with me. The night I came to take the Sonata for a tes time visiting Key. I thought about the Sante Fe, then the Vera Cruz. Randolfo was very patient with me. The night I came to take the Sonata for a test drive it was very busy, but I never felt neglected, and actualy had fun. Well I fell in love with the Sonata, and everyone @ Key helped me take my new car home. This was my first new car expierience in 30 years. While Randolfo ran around a bit Wendy took over and she made me feel very comfortable, and was so friendly. I would, and already have recommended Key to my co- workers ( of course they had to ride in my new beautiful car ) No tickets please !!!! More

I have NEVER owned a new car, never wanted the responsibilities. Alan Rudman came highly recommended to us, so I went with my husband to start looking at a used car. I have to give this man allot of credit putting up with all my negativity. Drive a new car me? I did but only in an empty parking lot. Went back to the showroom and started talking. What finally made allot of sense to overly cautious me were the pricing and all the warranties of the Touring Elantra new car. We returned a few hours later, and signed on. I had purchased my very first brand spanking new car! I don't believe I would have purchased a car so quickly if it wasn't for Alan's supportive, knowledgability, and kindness towards me. It still amazes me how much time this Super Salesman gave me the evening we picked up the car! Talk about car lessons! He was right there making me feel comfortable, asking allot of questions, and sincerely wanting me to understand everything about this new car of mine. Still after a few days, he called us asking if I had gotten over my fears, and was comfortable, and any other questions concerning the car! Who gives that kind of service??? ALAN RUDMAN DOES!
