I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DEALER FOR MANY REASONS,FROM THE RECEPTIONIST TO THE SALESMAN,MANAGERS,FINANCE ,WOMEN THAT DOES REGISTRATION TO THE STAFF THAT WORKS OUT ON THE LOT. I told Alex Ortiz exactly what i wanted and he did not pressure me like other dealerships had attempted to. Alex did not waste anytime,was very efficient,was very polite to my wife and daughter and even moved my kids car seat from my trade in to the new car. I have bought many new cars thru out the years and this by far has been my best new car buying experience. More

We had previously purchased a Hyundai from this dealership and having had a very good experience with the service staff, and a poor experience with a competitor's service department, we decided to dealership and having had a very good experience with the service staff, and a poor experience with a competitor's service department, we decided to go back to Key Hyundai to purchase our next vehicle. Alan is a very good sales person, who works well with the customer. It was comfortable working with him from the start. In the past when I have purchased vehicles, even when I have gotten a good deal, I have walked away from the experience feeling like I've gotten the worse end of the deal. In this instance however, I left feeling I had gotten a fair deal on the vehicle we were looking for. That was in large part thanks to Alan's honesty and easy-going demeanor. I would recommend both Alan individually and the Key Hyundai dealership as a whole to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More
After shopping for a used car at another dealership earlier in the day, we experienced a higher level of service the moment we were greeted by Wayne Murray at Key Hyundai. Overall, I’d say that Wayne did not seem like a typical car dealer – he was a business man who treated us with respect. We never felt he was saying anything but the straight facts, which created a relationship with him of trust. Wayne’s knowledge of the car we were looking at was amazing; he knew what every button was for and gave us a tour of the vehicle from start to finish. We happened to be shopping on President’s Day weekend, which meant the dealership was extremely busy. Although it was evident, no one at the dealership ever expressed their personal stress. We signed the final paperwork at 9pm, and I kept commenting on how everyone was still smiling. Wayne especially – he even went across the street and bought us dinner while we were waiting for the paperwork! We have a new partner in Key Hyundai, and most of all – we have a new advocate and partner in Wayne Murray. I also want to comment on Manny, the finance manager who did our paperwork. He was absolutely terrific. He was informative but efficient, and also very personable. His demeanor is exactly what a customer wants to work with after a long day of car shopping. More

I came into Key Hyundai to look at the Genesis Coupe. The car is beautiful but rear-wheel drive and doesn't meet my personal preferences. I fell in love with the Hyundai Sonata 2.0T Ltd! Walked behind it and couldn't believe it was a Sonata. Awesome. Working with R.W. was superb. He made himself available to me in the late evenings for discussions. He went above and beyond! Then closing the paperwork with Carlos was another fantastic experience. Carlos is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am looking forward do having a great service experience with Key Hyundai. I ended up today having one of the best experience at Key Hyundai. I had purchased 4 other cars from them & this one is my 5th. After rocky start but then working with Jill & Sal & Carlos they were able to g Hyundai. I had purchased 4 other cars from them & this one is my 5th. After rocky start but then working with Jill & Sal & Carlos they were able to get me payment that I can handle and into a car far more than I had expected & dreamed of. I cannot thank them enough. I walked in there to service my 2011 sonata SE/limited. My service rep was Robert Julcson and he was very pleasant, and I love his sense of humor. Out of all the service rep. He is my FAVORITE one. Fyi (I LOVE MY SONATA) well I was with my husband and he was thinking about buying a new car. I was used to talking to Tommy Ortiz, my previous salesperson. I felt very very comfortable with him. Then I found out he left this dealer. I was devastated until the receptionist told me to speak with Wendy @ first, I was wearily but she turned out to be friendly. We were talking and comparing nationality. I felt at ease speaking to someone that speaks Spanish. The price was not looking good so Mathew the manager came out and spoke to me. He was very friendly, and warm. But price not good Until Sal came and made me very very happy!!!! Sal was also a comedian, Well guess what my husband came out with a 2012 TUSCON limited.
