My husband and I were out looking for a hyundai santa fe and after driving the santa fe limited we liked it very much. being a mom of two, all of the extras will make it easier for me to get to places, sin and after driving the santa fe limited we liked it very much. being a mom of two, all of the extras will make it easier for me to get to places, since i am not very good with directions. like all of the room that the santa fe has to offer, as well as all of the warranties which we chose the extended bumper to bumper for the car. we were very please with travis and chad, considering that we did not really need a new car at this time, but the price was right and the price for our trade in was even better. they did not pressure us at all while we were there, and understood that we needed time to think about it. they both were very understanding with us and we told them that we would definately be back in touch. well, the same night, we went back down with our kids and drove it again, and ended up purchasing the car. we did have to wait a while, since it was the last day of the month and they were super busy, but showed us all around the dealership as far as service and the lounge were concerned. they make our car shopping a good one, which in the past has been not so good. we will definately recommend this dealer to our friends and family. also mannie in finance was very knowledgeable with everything and explained all of the paperwork very well. looking forward to picking up the suv today. thanks to a great staff at Key Hyundai. I had been looking to lease an economical car for my daughter to use while attending college. We had done our homework and knew which dealerships we wanted to go and test drive cars. We had been to several dealers in the Stamford area and were really turned off by how pushy they were. Hyundai was on our list and we treked up to Milford to arrive to a very busy dealership. We were greeted warmly and were asked to wait for an agent. Alan arrived shortly and couldn't have been more pleasant. He listened to our needs, he wasn't pushy, he wasn't rushing us out the door (even though the waiting room was packed). I couldn't believe how easy the transaction was, and how quickly I was able to drive my new car off the lot! I was looking for a pearl and found a diamond! Anthony Walker was undoubtedly the best automobile sales representative I have ever worked with. First and foremost, he knew the Hyundai product line inside and out. Whenever I had a question about a specific feature regarding a specific automobile, he had the answer. Second, he was pleasant and professional and completely so in both respects. He obviously wanted us to make a commitment and moved our discussion toward that goal every step of the way. But that's what he is paid to do, and I felt that he did so with finesse and remarkably little pressure. Finally, he was responsive: he returned phone calls promptly; he kept appointments exactly; and he was prepared, so that our time was never wasted. More

Should have taken my money and gone elsewhere when i started attempting to purchase a used car at this dealership. I went there bc i heard good things. With a very broken car, two small children and not so good credit, we needed help. We had planned on getting one type of car, put the deposit on it, and were told to come pick it up. I left work 3 hours early to come and get it, but when i got there i was told that they found a problem with it, and could not sell it to me. so i sat there for 5 hours with my 5 month old, until someone wanted to help me. Joe was awesome, and is the only reason why i didnt walk out. He stayed with us until well past their closing time, and made sure that we left in a car that night.i love the car that we ended up with. But already it has been in the shop once, they fixed it, and now they are saying they wont fix whats wrong when the car is less than a month old, and i paid extra $$ for an extended warranty. Needless to say, im not going back here and wont be reccommending this dealership to anyone else. More

I went to the dealer ship last Saturday and met with Alan, he made me feel like we have been friends for years. He imediately asked me if I would like some pizza and I said sure, hungry and just coming Alan, he made me feel like we have been friends for years. He imediately asked me if I would like some pizza and I said sure, hungry and just coming form work, well I ate two pieces and Alan asked if I wanted any more and he brought me two more, I thought that was an assume way to start out our relationship. Joe Cardella apraised my car and I was a little turned off with Joe and his offer for my truck. Well they came back with a better deal than a previous dealer I had visited. It turned out they had the exact vehicle I wanted coming in so I put down a deposit. Well last night I picked up the car and Alan was great the poor guy switched my lisense plates in the pooring rain. Alan told me he has a cross to bear in the coming months and I hope everything turns out OK. I got a different impression of Joe Cardella as we did all the paperwork, he has my respect as he is a sharp guy and deserves all his sucess. Thanks again Alan and Joe for making my experience smooth as can be. Joe also got me the rate for the loan that I asked for. More

I have never received such personalized service from a dealer until I walked into the showroom at Key. I recommend the dealership highly and hope to be making another purchase in the near future. My first new car in 13 years. Alan Rudman was the most wonderful, reassuring sales person you could ask for; especially for a customer with not so great credit. Key Hyundai gets my vote! I just purchased a brand new car from them last week and could not be happier. I had been searching for a new car for about three months, doing some research and getting in touch car from them last week and could not be happier. I test drove a few cars at other dealerships in the area but was not interested in buying at these surrounding dealerships due to the fact I was treated like I had no idea what I was talking about and did not feel like I was a valued customer. Key Hyundai was recommended to me so I figured I would give them a shot. As soon as I got there, I was greeted by Travis Raymond in the parking lot who was very approachable, friendly and professional. I test drove the new 2011 Hyundai Accent and loved it. When it came down to the details, Travis was extremely nice and went back and forth to the finance manager trying to find the absolute best deal for me. I walked away with a brand new car for an extremely affordable monthly payment (let's face it, I'm paying off student loans and can't afford a super expensive new car). The manager, Joe Cardella, came over and basically said "We want you to have a new car, so we will pretty much do whatever we can to make you happy." The whole experience was actually enjoyable for me, which I did not expect when car shopping. Bottom line: I have a brand new car that I can actually afford, I was treated with respect, and I feel like I am a valued customer of theirs, even after I've driven off in my new Accent. More
