I recently financed a 2017 Hyundai Accura through them. It's been two months and I still have not received my license plates or registration. I had an airbag light come on the day after I got the car and w It's been two months and I still have not received my license plates or registration. I had an airbag light come on the day after I got the car and when I called to ask about it, I was told to have them check it out when I had the back break light casing replaced (something that was was waiting for the part to come in). I never received a call letting me know when the part came in like I was told I was. There was never any follow up or checking in from the company. I had to keep calling in and checking. Eventually I called in and the part was there. I told Service that I was supposed to get the light checked and they charged me $150 for it even though I had literally just gotten this car and it's still in warranty. Then they told me that the Dealer warranty apparently doesn't cover safety features that need repair. (The passenger side air bags won't deploy in an accident) This light goes on and off intermittently, and I firmly believe that this was an issue before the car was sold to me. Now my check engine light is on, too for a catalytic converter sensor. This car has been nothing but trouble and it's not even registered to me yet. It's only been two months. The staff doesn't respond and doesn't care. Do yourself a favor and don't shop here. You might just get a lemon. Ashley was great during the sale, getting me into the car and helping me set up everything initially. But all of the staff has been a let down ever since. More
