I have spoken to many people in 2 months with multiple attempts to resolve my issue and no one has ever did what they said they would. He was not even someone who I have met with personally or even dealt with before and yet he treated me with total respect and complete honesty as if he knew me forever. That is how any customer service and interaction should be no matter the amount of the purchase is or if there isn't a purchase. Thank you Sam for keeping your word.
