Dear Jill Merriam, I sent 2 emails to "wecare@keycars.com". Neither email was answered. I then left 2 messages for YOU directly. Both times I was assured that your assistant, Krista Mondo would be calling me back. NOBODY called back. I called your office for a third and last time earlier this week. I was told that your office is very busy and I can't be guaranteed a call back. I spend $28,000 for a car and that's the best answer you can give? I am now looking into legal action. I find your reply comical. I hope my review can save at least one person from getting mistreated by your dealership. No way should you still be in business!
