I was a good customer who previously bought two vehicles from them. Traded in last vehicle for a used vehicle. They sold me a vehicle that wasn’t cleaned, had an un operational radio. They failed to have it correctly diagnosed and refused to pay diagnostic even under warranty. Horrible customer service and service department. I hear constant complaints about their dealership in Milford. Stay away!! They don’t live up to their word or customers. Also I asked sales manager a question and he said he would find out and let me know when I was in waiting room. 30 minutes later he never came back so I got up and left. They failed to properly inspect the vehicle before selling. Had to bring it in twice to be detailed because certain areas were missed. Very irresponsible dealership and workers. More

One thing I can say about Daniel Vargas is that he is not your "typical" car salesman. When I sat down to discuss a potential new lease, he made sure to let me know up front that he wanted to make the number your "typical" car salesman. When I sat down to discuss a potential new lease, he made sure to let me know up front that he wanted to make the numbers work so that I would remain comfortable with my payment and that he would work with me to ensure that I walked out of there happy. We went for a test drive in a new 2020 Hyundai Sonata SEL+ and I knew that it was the car I wanted. Dan worked to find the best savings he could in terms of incentives, while also making sure that I had to put as little down as possible to keep my payment the same. It's true what they say.. if there is trust and communication in any deal, then both sides walk away happy. This was certainly one of those instances. Dan is definitely the person you need to see at Key Hyundai! Firas made the finance aspect of things run very smoothly. He made sure that any questions I had were answered, and went over the paperwork in a very efficient, yet detailed manner. Overall, a wonderful experience and an amazing new car! More

I've been shopping around for a car the last several months before my lease ends and have been to many dealerships in the process. I managed to narrow down my search to the Veloster N and 1 other car. months before my lease ends and have been to many dealerships in the process. I managed to narrow down my search to the Veloster N and 1 other car. I heard bad things from people online trying to see the car and test drive it, so my expectations were low. However, I called one morning and scheduled a test drive that day. The car was already prepared out front, and was immediately attended to by Dan when I walked in. I explained to him my situation and went out for a drive. He let me take as much time to as I needed to appreciate the driving feel of the vehicle as well as tinker with all the drive modes/settings. It was the best overall vehicle in terms of price, performance, design, and practicality. He knew I was considering 1 other vehicle, and unlike every other place I'd been, he didn't aggressively push me to get the car that day. He gave me the time I needed to think about my decision. If you are interested in the Veloster N, or any other Hyundai vehicle, I highly recommend Dan specifically. He's super friendly, doesn't try forcing the vehicle on you with shady sales tactics, and lets you experience the car for yourself to see if it fits your needs. Overall, my experience with Dan and the Key Hyundai dealership have been top notch and highly recommend them to anyone. More
