Thank God for the right SALES MAN!!! I was very disappointed with my first time dealing with Key Hyundai, due to the female employee that got me into a lemon of a car. I really regretted I was very disappointed with my first time dealing with Key Hyundai, due to the female employee that got me into a lemon of a car. I really regretted that purchase and felt that I was given the worst car in the lot. After tons of money spent, because of multiple diagnostic fees by the dealership service that came up to almost six hundred dollars, and repairs done to the vehicle, I decided to go back to Key Hyundai to make a formal complaint and return the car to the dealership because I felt that no one was helping me. It took several times of going back and finally talking to the right person, Daniel Vargas, he listened and advised me on what was the correct thing to do. Daniel helped me fix the problem and I was able to get a better vehicle for me and my family. Daniel was great with my wife and child and we loved his service! Daniel made up for the horrible service I was given before and I would definitely recommend his service! More
