My experience I went to Key Hyundai after having a nightmare experience at another dealership. Every single person I spoke to were, friendly, nice, so understanding and made me feel my business was truly appreciated. Something you don't get at all dealerships. Alan Rudman was awesome. He is so good at what he does, and does it in a way that makes you feel like you've been friends forever. Wonderful quality! Kurt was the first person I spoke to at Key. He immediately made me feel certain I was not going to have the same experience I had at the other dealership. He succeeded at doing so. Firas, the business manager did not rush though our time going over everything. He made sure I was satisfied with everything. I will go back to Key Hyundai in the future when I am ready to purchase a new car. For now, I love my car and I feel so privileged to have become a part of the Key Hyundai family. More

Great people make the business So I went with my in-law (mom) to go search for a new vehicle after 2 previous hideous attempts to bully her into a purchase at other dealers. The tim So I went with my in-law (mom) to go search for a new vehicle after 2 previous hideous attempts to bully her into a purchase at other dealers. The time spent with her at other dealers turned the whole search for a vehicle completely sour! Well we went into this dealer and Dan met us at the door with a smile and immediately sat us down and listened to my mother about what she wanted for her vehicle... he then took her on a tour of the lot and gave her full control over looking for what would suit her every need while providing insight and all of his knowledge to make sure that she didn’t settle and that she was able to make an informed and joyful decision. You can tell that dan truly cares. The fact that he didn’t try and guide her away from what she wanted but instead made a way for her to get what she wanted and more and he did it with grace!!! Needless to say my mom has been smiling ever since she got the keys to her car and she can’t stop bragging about the vehicle and the person who got her in it!!!
