Great people make the business So I went with my in-law (mom) to go search for a new vehicle after 2 previous hideous attempts to bully her into a purchase at other dealers. The tim So I went with my in-law (mom) to go search for a new vehicle after 2 previous hideous attempts to bully her into a purchase at other dealers. The time spent with her at other dealers turned the whole search for a vehicle completely sour! Well we went into this dealer and Dan met us at the door with a smile and immediately sat us down and listened to my mother about what she wanted for her vehicle... he then took her on a tour of the lot and gave her full control over looking for what would suit her every need while providing insight and all of his knowledge to make sure that she didn’t settle and that she was able to make an informed and joyful decision. You can tell that dan truly cares. The fact that he didn’t try and guide her away from what she wanted but instead made a way for her to get what she wanted and more and he did it with grace!!! Needless to say my mom has been smiling ever since she got the keys to her car and she can’t stop bragging about the vehicle and the person who got her in it!!! I searched on the internet and spoke to Yvonne on Thursday to schedule an appointment to talk to someone. I made one for Friday at 145pm, when I arrived I was greeted kindly and was attended to right away. I spoke to Alan regarding what I was wishing for and hoping to buy, I was concerned because my credit is not so well. He actually took the time to listen to me and my needs and made my dreams of owning a beautiful SUV happen!! After talking with Adam and Alan I had the aspirations of this actually happening, of me driving off with my dream car! I DROVE OFF THAT DAY, with the car of my dreams!!!
