Unproffesional Scam Artists Bought a brand new car here in September of 2018. The experience from start to finish just wasn't very good but I didn't care enough that I was going Bought a brand new car here in September of 2018. The experience from start to finish just wasn't very good but I didn't care enough that I was going to write a review. Then, in November, the car was hit and totaled. After the whole process I found out I was getting reimbursed for a warranty that was on the car. I was extremely confused because I never purchased or knew of any such warranty. Come to find out on the paperwork there was a 2500 dollar charge for an extended warranty I was never told anything about. The finance guy nor any sales person ever asked me or mentioned anything about an extended warranty. My sales consultant was very unprofessional for two reasons. The first being that before we went on a test drive, he went to place the dealer plate in the back seat and hit it up against the door jam chipping the paint. He just said "sorry." I didn't care enough at the time because it was the only black manual elentra sport in the state so I wasn't waiting for another one. Then at the end of our transaction, he asked for my phone and secretly tried to give himself a 5 star review on some website Key Hyundai uses. When I realized what he was doing I snatched my phone back and then he begged me to give him 5 stars or he could lose his job. Lastly when I traded in my old car, the title was in my Mother's name and they wanted me to forge her signature to save time. It took them 2 weeks to get my registration in order and when I had an appointment they still weren't ready and I drove an hour for nothing. Yeah so overall just not a pleasant experience. More

This is my second time starting a 4-year lease with Hyundai (and prior to that, some years ago, I bought a nice pre-owned car that is still in our fam This is my second time starting a 4-year lease with Hyundai (and prior to that, some years ago, I bought a nice pre-owned car that is still in our family), and I want to thank Morris for taking the time and the patience to helping me find a good car to lease that is both in my budget and has what I need. I tried a number of cars on the first day I came in regarding ending my old lease, and even tried one car as a "loaner" for a couple of days or so and it REALLY helped me to solidify my decision on what to lease going forward (that and going over the financials of each choice). Also, thanks to Morris for helping me transition from the old car to the new (even in lifting heavy items from my old car to the new). I understand that Morris is new to this Hyundai, but I would not have realized it unless he told me because he knew his stuff and was quite professional. The staff overall is friendly and my past experiences in general in terms of keeping my car maintained and so on with my last car have been positive as well. Great job, and thank you to everyone at Key Hyundai in Milford! PS: I thank Tony, who is now at another dealership, for his help in making the financing of this car easy and clear. Thank you also to Firas who helped me to clarify something about my account and, thus, relieving some needless stress and worry! More

Dan went above and beyond retrieving the vehicle I wanted from another town the same day. Dan also assisted me in returning my rental vehicle after making the purchase. All in all a great experience.
