Known Issues with Veh. I came in the first time the car would not start. Was told a lot of people are coming in with this same thing. they Changed the Batt. the 2nd time I c I came in the first time the car would not start. Was told a lot of people are coming in with this same thing. they Changed the Batt. the 2nd time I came in for the same reason they said the same thing a lot of people have the same issue waiting on Corp to send us the fix for this issue. Changed a sensor. 3rd time the car would not start. they wanted me to call road side assistance that is provided with the Lease The car was blocking my other car the toe truck showed 18hours later. And the driver looked at the Veh. and said this is the 5th one today same make and model that would not start. Lost time from work. This is a least Veh. and it took from the 21st to the 30th to fix the known issue. What really irritates me is this is a leased Veh. with a known issue, was taken back to fix it (10 days). They had me rent a car through enterprise car rentals across the street. And again they said the same thing I was not the first to come in with the same issue. But they will only pay $30 a day and I was charged $38 a day plus the extras. I called the Corp number that was given to me and was told that they have nothing to do with any leased Veh. I would have to call the dealership and talk to the manager. So that was what I did. I asked for a manager to call me and that never happened. I could go on but my advice keep driving if you are looking for a Veh. lots of dealerships on this road. More
