My husband and I went just for a test drive and ended up buying a new Elantra. The salesman, Wayne Murray made it easy for us to drive away with the car we wanted. Buying a new car is always a long proces buying a new Elantra. The salesman, Wayne Murray made it easy for us to drive away with the car we wanted. Buying a new car is always a long process, I don't care what they say, but this was not too bad and Wayne was very pleasant and easy to work with. I thought everyone in the Dealership really listened to what we wanted and there was no hard sell. Most of all, I love my new Hyundai! The only thing I would suggest is a different choice of background music. Listening to the thumping beat for 4-5 hours really gave us a headache! Other than that, I would recommend this dealership. My first experience in purchasing a car from here was not good. the sales person Rich and manager to me were too pushie. Because the drain stoped up and wet passengers floor area I noticed they forgot to put new mats in the car before I took possession. A sales person named Brentley got his boss Maurice to get the mats and have them installed. Brently staqyed with me while this took place. He checked on the car several times and brought it out to me when it was finnished. I would say that brentley took the bull by the hornes and went above the call of duty to make my visit today exceptional. Brentley helped in many ways that eased my tension and let me leave with a smile . THANKS BRENTLEY John Martus More
I had been searching the internet for used cars for my daughter to give me an idea of pricing. I really wanted to stay in the under 10K range was fine with high mileage. When I looked at different dealers on the internet the prices were at least another 50% higher than what I wanted to spend. I had bought my Hyundai Sonata at Key a few years back and have always had the best experience in the service dept. My car is always washed and ready scheduled. If there is something else that needs attention they always call early in the day and usually still have the car ready on schedule. They drop me off at work. The service dept. is great and a big part of why like Key Hyundai. I decided to go to Key to make my oil change appt. so that I could look around the lot at there used cars. They did have a Toyota Carolla if front marked "Deal of the Day" which of course caught my eye. 9400 miles, 2011 and marked $16,400; it was originally marked at 19.400 - (Wow) and it was right in everyone else's price range at the 19K. This was obiviously a lot higher than I was looking at but knew the dealers only carried newer and lower mileage cars. I looked around in their used car lot when Richard Trocolla approached me. He asked what I was interested in and did not even blink when I told him a car for under 10K. Richard was not pushy, he was informative and never impatient. We did look at two other cars in the same price range as the Toyota, both very nice. Needless to say, four hours later: I had to pickup my daughter which took an hour and her insurance co., took nearly an hour because MVD's internet was down, my daughter drove home in her "brand new" car pleased as punch as they say. I am sincere when I say, I probably would have not bought a car that day, if it were not for Richard. When I started off at a 10K budget he did not write me off, when he asked me to come in about financing and I told him it wasn't necessary, he did not look at my KMart outfit and judge. Not only is he professional he is a kind and decent person who breaks the "car salesman" stereotype. When I am in the market for a new car for myself, I will return to Key Hyundai of Milford and hopefully Richard will be there to help me. More

I love my new Hyundai. This is now my third new Hyundai. In 2003 Alan Rudman had sold me my first brand new vehicle it was a Hyundai Elantra. In 2006 we traded in the Elantra for a brand new 2007 Sonata whi In 2003 Alan Rudman had sold me my first brand new vehicle it was a Hyundai Elantra. In 2006 we traded in the Elantra for a brand new 2007 Sonata which once again Alan Rudman sold to us. We have had such a wonderful experience with purchasing our vehicles with Alan. Recently we sold our Sonata and found that we missed our Hyundai very much so once again I went back to Hyundai and found Alan and traded in my mini van (not a Hyundai vehicle). I am once again a Hyundai owner and Alan sold me my brand new fully loaded Hyundai Elantra. I am so excited to be back in a Hyundai and to have a salesperson who knows my likes and needs for a vehicle. Thank you Alan Rudman for caring about my families safety and my likes. Your dealership was recommended by my family and friends who have purchased new and used cars at Key Hyundai and were satisfied with their purchases. I found Alan Rudman to be extremely knowledgeable about who have purchased new and used cars at Key Hyundai and were satisfied with their purchases. I found Alan Rudman to be extremely knowledgeable about the Santa Fe features and he was able to explain them in detail so that I immediately felt comfortable driving my new car (certified used, but gloriously new to me!). Carlos Trindade was especially helpful in working with me to bring the monthly payments to a comfortable level within my budget. And Rueben Burgos was very patient and absolutely determined to resolve an issue for me. It took several tries before Rueben was finally able to create the 2nd key I needed for my car. It seems the previous owner had changed all of the locks and getting a 2nd key that worked proved to be quite a challenge. This is my first purchase at Key Hyundai, and I'm very happy with my car, and I've found all of the employees I've interacted with to be professional, courteous and really pleasant. I'm happily recommending Key Hyundai to my friends! More
