I came in with Terrible Credit Score. I was in to Benefit of the doubt that I would Qualify for the Car. Alan have been asking the questions and explained my history. However Carlo Checked it and turned out to be 2 thumb up. I was glad that I could get car. I have asked for smaller car and turned out the SUV was available. I always wanted to own one. Finally, Have one. I gave all the Proper Paperwork of what the guys requested. Thanks to Alan and Carlo for making this as smooth transition. I rated these 2 gentleman Top Notched / 5 Stars. More

He called to check up on me to see if I everything was alright with me and my new car and to let me know if I ever needed help with something about the car, just to give him a call. I would definately recommend him to my friends. The only one complaint I have it that I was not told the entire cost of the purchase before I signed the papers. The finance manager did not explained it to me and I was very surprised at the final cost and when I mentioned that I was not expecting that much, he just shrugged it off. He was just like a robot signing the papers and then pushing them to me for my signature. I think that process could have been more personal. Overall, I am very happy with my car. More

I dont have the words to express how dedicated this sales person is with making sure your customers are taking care of in everyway . I came in yesterday to ask questions about a trade in and such . He was very helpful explain everything to me and even went over ther features of the car and showed me how to use them. I must say he has the skills of a true sales person and is on top of his game. I just want to tell you I am thankful that he was my sales person and put a huge smile on my face. I love hyundai of milford and will never chose any other dealership. My first stop looking for a car was at a Subaru dealer. Being I had driven a Subaru for the past eight years, I thought I might want another Subaru. Unfortunately the trade-in for my Subaru was way below the blue book value and the sales person made no attempt to better the deal. I was disappointed and left there. Being I had some time, I decided to stop at the Hyundai Dealership in Milford, just to check things out. I was pleasantly surprised. My experience at Hyundai was amazing. I was lucky to have been helped by Kevin who is an excellent sales representative and I will highly recommend him. He was friendly, courteous and helped me in every way he could to get me the vehicle I was looking for.
