Our dealings with Carlos were also very enjoyable. He was very efficient and explained everything well. Mr. Ortiz has called a couple of times asking if everything is okay with the car and can he be of any assistance to us. I certainly would have written this sooner, however, we had some family emergencies that needed to be tended to.
