I visited the dealership on Thursday 9/6/12 and I was debating between buying a Hyundai Sonata or a Kia Optima. Randolpho introduced himself to me and I explained exactly what I was interested in purcha debating between buying a Hyundai Sonata or a Kia Optima. Randolpho introduced himself to me and I explained exactly what I was interested in purchasing. Randolpho took me on a test drive in the Sonata and I LOVED IT!!!! Randolpho was extremely polite,friendly and patient. He is also very knowlegeable. He did not seem like a salesman but an old friend. Always smiling and accommodating. Definitely an asset. The customer service of the entire dealership from the time I entered the door until I drove away with my new vehicle was phenomenal. Let me also mention the ladies at the front desks have such awesome personalities. There is also an associate there named Mike(do not remember his last name) he walked me thru all the ins/outs of my vehicle he even paired my phone to my car...SO GRATEFUL!!! Lastly let me mention the Finance associate. He was WONDERFUL!!! He completed all my paperwork was extremely professional and kind. I can not rate this dealership high enough...EXCELLENT!!! More

Maurice Moody was fantastic to work with. He is a customer focused salesman. He did an exceptional job in helping us with our car purchase. We appreciated the fact that he took the time to work on getting us a price that met our budget requirements and needs. It is due to Maurice's dedication to quality customer service that we purchased a car at key hyundai of Milford. Also, the atmosphere at key hyundai of Milford was very friendly and professional. We were told by a very good lfriend to visit this dealership. We went on a Sat and met with a salesman, Allan. Allan spent an inordinate amount of time with us; he was knowledgable, ffriendly and was dealership. We went on a Sat and met with a salesman, Allan. Allan spent an inordinate amount of time with us; he was knowledgable, ffriendly and was determined to give us the best price. We felt like we were dealing with family. We finally agreed on a Sonata.Allan took us for a test drive and we were sold. When we went to pick the car up on Mon. Krista introduced herself to us and explained the ins and outs of the dealership. Talk about friendly! Allan had kpreviuosly given us a tour of the dealership, but krista made sure lwe were familiar with all aspects. Manny helped processed the finances. He was also courteous and expediated the process. Allan then took us out to our car, and sat with us going over all the features, making sure we knew the various intricacies of the car. We left, but that afternoon he followed up with a phone call and reconfirmed that if we needed him, for any reason, he was available for us. He also said to come in at any time and he would walk us through anything we didn't understand. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND KEY HYUNDAI OF MILFORD. Obviously, there are a myriad of cars out there...but we feel we selected the right one and the right dealership. We will let our friends know about our great experience and line fantastic warrant on these vehicles! It was money well spent. More

Alan Rudman was most helpful and took his time explaining things about the car, and there was no rush on his part. Matt Louis is an overall well rounded guy. Very friendly... Very talkive! But he also listened to what I wanted and did his part to make it happen(even if I switched the color of my car twice as we friendly... Very talkive! But he also listened to what I wanted and did his part to make it happen(even if I switched the color of my car twice as well as whether it would be a limited or not a billion times.) He was always on call too... Seriously! I called him like 4 hours after I left him and he got back to me. We need more sells people like him to make comsumers feel like their business is appreicated. Even now after 2 and a half weeks of having my brand new Hyundai Elantra 2013 he is still asking me how my car is running and if I still like it. Needless to stay I love it! And I'm like superbad in it too...really I've been told that. I recommended all my friends, family and co-workers (since we do alot of driving) to see him on their next car purchase too. Great service! Awesome people! Keep up the good work. More

I couldn't believe Anthony was willing to bring the keys to my trade in back Anthony also went above and beyond in order to get everything processed.
