I was a disappointed owner of a Volkswagon Jetta for 4 years and was fed up with the vehicle when the altenator broke. I had replaced most of the parts over the past few years and didnt want to put anymor years and was fed up with the vehicle when the altenator broke. I had replaced most of the parts over the past few years and didnt want to put anymore money into the car so I decided to look around for a new one. My first choice was Hyundai, I decided to visit the one in Milford because it was the closest to my house. As soon as I walked into Hyundai I was welcomed by a sales cosultant name Randolfo Cabrera. I was worried that I wouldnt be able to purchase a new and reliable vehicle because I still owed money on my Volkswagon but Randolfo assured me that he would do everything he could to get me into a new car, and that he did. He was able to work out a great and affordable deal for me and I left that afternoon in my new white, 2013 Hyundai Sonata! Randolfo was patient and very helpful, I would recommend him to any of my friends! :) More

We then began the negociating process and Anthony Walker assisted Angela with this part of the process. They both worked very hard to make this deal possible for me. They were extremely professional at all times. I believe both parties were pleased with this deal. They made this experience a real pleasure which I haven't been able to say about other Dealerships. I then went to see Manny to complete the financing. He again was very professional and explained in detail the terms of the financing agreement. I had no intention of purchasing a 2013 sonata, I was just going to stop in and test drive one and get some prices. I had been looking at all types of SUV's for the past 10 months unable to make a decis just going to stop in and test drive one and get some prices. As soon as I parked my van and headed for the showroom door I was greeted by a nice sales consultant named Anthony Walker. He had me test drive a SantaFe and then 2 Sonatas. I was familiar with the Sonatas as both my father and brother have one. Anthony sat down with me as we started to crunch some numbers on a lease. I was also introduced to RW Wentworth who assisted me with getting a price on a lease I would be comfortable with. A couple of hours later I left this great dealership with a lease on a 2013 Sonata Limited. The car is simply stunning and a pleasure to drive. I want to applaud Key Hyundai for these two fabulous sales consultants, they both made me feel welcome, comfortable and confident in the car I just leased. Please tell RW that I will stop by with one of my German Shepherds in the fall when it is a little cooler. I had limited credit, no one could co-sign with me, and after a determined sales manager and sales representative, they both got me approved for a brand ne limited credit, no one could co-sign with me, and after a determined sales manager and sales representative, they both got me approved for a brand new 2013 Hyundai Accent. We were so pleased that we were able to deal with Mike Ocone throughout the process and negotiate with RW Wentworth. Both were patient in answering our questions and addressing our financial concerns and it was obvious that they were trying their best to accommodate us. It was comforting to have salesmen who were confident but not overbearing and who put customer satisfaction at the top of their priority list. More
