From the time I got to Key Hyundai I received nothing but professiol service. It's not everyday that a Sales Consultant will make phone calls and work from home on his days off in order to help a customer solve their problems and move forward in the car buying process. After buying my new car 2 months ago there was a little problem. A week after initially taking my car in I had it back, but the problem still was not resolved and I had to once again return to the dealersh problem. I was in the market for a new car and went to Key Hyundai to look at preowned vehicles. I was looking for a fuel efficent car with a price tag & warranty I was comfortable with. Wayne took the time to answer all the questions my boyfriend & I had about the cars we were interested. When we told him we like one of the preowned sonata's with the sunroof he showed us a new 2012 demo model. Wayne took the time to explain all the features before going on a test drive. After the test drive, Wayne sat down with us & ran a few scenerios on the price. He worked with me on the price & got my payments to a level I was comfortable with. Since I am financing, I was very concerned about the interest rate. I explained where I was comfortable & an offer I had from another bank. After he spoke with the manager & finance department, he was able to beat the rate I was offered & lowered the payments even more. I was hesitant about making the purchase even though I loved the car, he allowed my boyfriend & I to take the car out on our own to think about it. When I came back, I decided I wanted to purchase the car. Wayne explained everything to me about what I was signing & went through all the features on the car again & into greater detail. While we were waiting to meet with the finance department, he treated my boyfriend & I to sodas in the customer lounge. He was great to work with & if it wasn't for his willingness to go above & beyond to get me the car I really wanted, I would have walked away without the car. I apperciated all the time & personal attention I recieved. I would recommend Wayne personally to all my family & friends interested in buying a new car. More
