I found out about Key via television which offered a web site. I checked it out and was impressed with the assistance that I got from Erin Dempsey's pop-up note. It took me two months to get to the dealership, as I travel a lot. Once there I was introduced to Matt Louis who was more than helpful with a car selection. It was another month before I actually came in and found the car that I wanted. From the decision to buy the car through the closing signature, Matt and Erin have both made this quite the pleasurable process. I will be bringing my two kids (who are looking for cars) and my wife who wants a Santa Fe. Overall, Key Hyundai does what it says; "They are a dealer for the people". - S. Canada More

Here's the deal. I am in sales. (over 20 years) over my years in sales I learned many tricks.. Covering how to pitch overpricing, how to devalue others, etc. I HATE buying cars because I know the game an years in sales I learned many tricks.. Covering how to pitch overpricing, how to devalue others, etc. I HATE buying cars because I know the game and hate it. And dealership employees hate me because I am a pain. When it comes to negotiating I am all business and it's not a pleasant experience. Key Hyundai, my salesperson Wendy, R W the manager, Andre ( I think) The used car manager , all changed my impression of a car buying experience. To be fair, yes, there was a little back and forth on the price, especially relating to my trade, but overall this is a professional organization without the high pressure sales pushiness. And just to be clear, the problem with my trade was that I couldn't get it to the dealership because the radiator was blown. The used car manager came to my house to value it. And then offered me more than I actually expected he would. Continuing the expeience, I had two kids with me, my 6 year old, and an 18 month old. They actually moved fast ( the people at the dealership, not my kids...haha) when I asked them to and coordinated a return visit to finish showing me features of the car AFTER I bought it. I do not feel like I am forgotten because the sale is over. I went back in today ( next day) to drop off a missing piece of paper. Both RW and Wendy took time out of what they were doing to make sure there wasn't a problem. Again, I have already bought the car. I had to set up a service appointment to add a non stock feature to my car. Wendy coordinated it without question. Again, this is AFTER I took delivery of the car. I truly believe the sales environment in this dealership is different than the normal way dealerships do business. I highly recommend KEY and especially Wendy as a salesperson. She is worth waiting for, or call to set up an appointment to see her when you go in. I can't promise everyone there is as great as the above mentioned people, but I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I'll check back in in the future to rate the service department as well.
