From beginning to end this was a positive experience for us. We originally came in looking at a used vehicle and because we wanted to go home and talk it over with my husband we were asked to place a deposi us. For a few moments I was feeling pressured about the deposit and expressed that to Alex..he put me at ease very quickly by assuring me that if we decided against it the deposit would be immediately returned to us. It turned out that after researching the used against the new we came back and purchased a 2013 Elantra and are very happy with our purchase. Alex helped us again every step of the way and referred us to Carlos to handle the financing. Alex finished up with us, going thru the entire car..setting up the blue tooth and making sure we were completely satisfied before we left. He also helped us when we went back the next day because of some damage done to the rim (went from driving an SUV to a lower riding vehicle..oops!)...set us up to have it repaired and that went smoothly as well..fixed like new and the cost was not too bad!! The warranites are also unbelievable..thanks again!! More
