Victor Torres knew about the used cars he had on the lot that weren't Hyundai vehicles, he's helped me with getting the insurance on my car right away. Victor also took his time with me to make sure this car was what I would like for as long as I'd own it. Chad, the desk manager got the numbers to work and matched closely to the numbers I wanted to be a month. Manny, in finance, finalized all the paperwork. He went over everything and really took his time to explain things to me. This was a great buying experience and I'd refer them to anyone. More

Earlier this month I needed to trade up a car to a new vehile. Having had great success with my other 2 Hyundai's which I purchased from Key, I stopped there first. I was greeted my Mike Ocone, my sales vehile. Having had great success with my other 2 Hyundai's which I purchased from Key, I stopped there first. I was greeted my Mike Ocone, my salesman, and told him I was looking to get into a new Tucson. After reviewing with me my needs, he found out that I was looking for a very specific vehile including Color, however I was open to looking at a preowned Santa Fe. Turns out that he had just recieved in the exact color and model of the Turson, earlier that afternoon. Working with Mike was great as he didn't try pushing the keys in your hand or try forcing you to look at a car you don't want. We took the car for a test drive along with a Pre-Owned. There was not question that the new Tucson was exactly the car for me. We closed the deal on Monday evening and they got the approval the following morning and took deliver Tuesday evening. There were a few options that you could get if you ordered the car, but were not on this one. Mike made arrangement for these to be include in the sale and I will be dropping the car off tonight for them to install. I highly recommend KEY of Milford, but if you go there, insist on seeing Mike Ocone. More
