He was an all around very nice guy and would highly recommend him to anyone in search of a car. When I need to buy another car in the furture or someone asks me about car dealers I have dealt with he will be the first person I would recommed/ go to! My wife and I are expecting and my old vehicle was a 2 door which was not ideal for a baby. My grandmother just recently purchased a Hyundai Elantra so I called her to ask her opinion of it, particularly with the winter driving. She said that it was good considering it is not a 4 wheel drive vehicle. I had always passed by the Ford Hyundai in Salem, NH and when I told her I was planning on looking at purchasing one she jumped right away to tell me to go to Ford Hyundai in Salem, NH. Previous experience with other dealerships have been walking in to a group of dealers closing in on me, getting harassed when putting in an email address/phone number in a car inquiry, trying to talk me into a 10,000 mile lease when I drive 25,000 miles a year. I called ahead and spoke with Mike, who told me I could talk to him when I arrived. I arrived earlier than expected, Mike was busy so he promptly asked if I was alright to talk to Nelson instead so I wouldn't have to wait. That was perfectly acceptable to me so I dealt with Nelson and he was very helpful and informative with everything I needed to know. I felt that Nelson was more concerned about making sure I chose the correct vehicle for my family rather than making a sale. I will definitely go there for any servicing and when it comes time for a new vehicle. More

My girlfriend and I walked into the Ford Hyundai My girlfriend and I walked into the Ford Hyundai Dealership not knowing how to go about buying her first car and when Dana approached us and introd My girlfriend and I walked into the Ford Hyundai Dealership not knowing how to go about buying her first car and when Dana approached us and introduced himself, we were blown away by how nice and comfortable he made us feel and from there we had the best experience ever. He sat us down at his desk and let us look at cars off the computer at our own pace and answered every single question we had. At no time did we feel pressured into buying anything like your typical car sales men at other dealerships that in the past we had experienced. He was very funny and we very quickly made an emotional relationship with him. After looking at a few nice Ford Focus's, my girlfriend chose one that she wanted to look at because of its amazing features it had. It was at another dealership in Portsmouth so he had it sent down to the one we were at the very next day. The next day he called us both up to let us know that it had arrived and that we could come check it out. We were so excited! When we got there my father, my girlfriend and I took it for a test drive. The car was amazing but there were 2 things that we found on the car that needed to be fixed. There was a scratch on the front bumper and on the inside of the passenger door there was a little cover missing that hid a screw head. When we told Dana about the two he instantly took care of it and said he will get the scratch repaired and order the little cover for us. At that point we were all blown away at how amazing everything was going and how nice the car was. We said we'll take it! We then went inside and met Armando and went over payments and interest rates because my girlfriend was going to finance it and I was going to cosign for her. We got an excellent low interest rate and a great payment plan that suits my girlfriend’s financial position. Armando was very professional and made us also feel at ease. We agreed to do the "Plan B" warranty plan which he thoroughly explained to us and at no time did we feel pressured into anything at all. He also helped us out by lowering the copayment that you have to pay when you bring the car in to get something fixed as my girlfriend is trying to balance work and school at the same time. From there we went back to see Dana so we could switch my girlfriends car insurance over to her new car so we could drive it home that night. When my girlfriend called the insurance company she was having a hard time with them honoring the quote that they had already given her earlier that day. Dana asked to talk to them and he figured everything out for us and took care of us like we were his own kids. At that time it was past 8:30 at night and even though the dealership closed at 8:00, Dana still went out to the car with us and spent as much time as it would take to go over everything in the car and taught us how to use the "Ford Sync" feature. We couldn’t thank Dana enough for everything that he did for us. He was very professional, knowledgeable, caring, funny and had a great personality. We are forever going to rant and rave about Dana and the Salem Ford Hyundai Dealership. Thank you all so much! And we Love my girlfriends new car! More
