I told him where I wanted my price to be out the door and within a day of talking, he got to my price. He did his best to get my wife and I on our way quickly after we agreed on a price. He also told me to bring the car back since it hadn't been detailed. This is the first time I've ever bought a car without a lot of research, but my 2009 sonata and 2012 Santa Fe were good, so we'll see how the Tucson does. I probably should have gone for the higher priced model, but I didn't have the time. Anyway, Nelson did a fine job! More

I negotiated the price and terms over the phone and when I arrived there, everything went just as promised. They even took in my trade-in so that I could get out of my current lease early.
