2002 Santa Fe that keeps on running! We are very happy with our service at Key Hyundai! We moved to FL from Chicago in 2012 and have had our car serviced here since that time. There was a subframe recall from salt belt cities and Sharon was the person we had as our service consultant. It was a long process to have that subframe replaced but tne communication and scheduling efforts of Sharon were outstanding. We have been coming to see her ever since. Our Santa Fe has 105,000 miles and we plan to keep it til it dies. It has been a reliable car over the years and Sharon has been instrumental in our trust for service at a car dealership!! Excellent Customer Service! I moved here from PA a year ago and always had a continuous problem with my Check Engine Light coming on. The dealership there would simply reset it and send me on my way. When I moved to Fl the problem kept occurring and I took my Hyundai in to Key Hundai. Ronnie Taylor took the time to solve the problem, order the parts necessary, and give me a loaner vehicle. Ive been back since to have my oil changed and also new battery and tires, Ronnie is always smiling and happy to help you and goes out of his way to assist you, and they even washed and vacummed my car! There are dealerships on every corner but wha tis important to me is how I am treated after I purchase the car, and hours to accomodate me. Key Hundai exceeds my expectations. I would recommend them highly to anyone. More
