KEY HUNDAI - AWESOME! WE LOVE OUR HUNDAIS! THIS IS OUR SECOND LEASE FOR 2 CARS. THE 1ST AND 2ND EXPERIENCES WERE SO AWESOME, WE HAVE DECIDED WE WILL CONTINUE TO LEASE 2 N WE LOVE OUR HUNDAIS! THIS IS OUR SECOND LEASE FOR 2 CARS. THE 1ST AND 2ND EXPERIENCES WERE SO AWESOME, WE HAVE DECIDED WE WILL CONTINUE TO LEASE 2 NEW CARS EVERY 3 YEARS FOR THE FORSEEABLE FUTURE. WE LEASE 1 AUTO FOR THE HUSBAND AND 1 FOR THE WIFE AT THE SAME TIME. (IT IS JUST MORE CONVENIENT THAT WAY.) WE LOVE HAVING THAT NEW CAR EVERY THREE YEARS AND THAT WE SIMPLY WALK IN, PICK OUT THE NEW MODEL WE LIKE AND ESSENTIALLY EXCHANGE KEYS! THE VALUE, LOOK AND TECHNOLOGY OF HUNDAIS... BROUGHT US TO KEY HUNDAI HERE IN JACKSONVILLE, BUT... IT IS OUR SALESMAN, DALE WALTON WHO IS THE REASON WE WILL KEEP RETURNING! HE IS SO GENUINE, HONEST, AND HELPFUL. WE HAVE DEALT WITH A LOT OF CAR SALESMEN AND WOMEN OVER THE YEARS, AND HAVE NEVER MET ONE THAT MAKES US FEEL THE TRUST AND COMFORT THAT DALE PROVIDES. WE SERIOUSLY LOOKED AT OTHER OPTIONS, FEELING WE SHOULD BRANCH OUT.... MAYBE A MINI COOPER? MAYBE A VERY CUTE FIAT CONVERTIBLE WITH ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES FOR THE WIFE? BUT... AT THE SAME TIME, WE TALKED TO DALE BECAUSE HE HAD BEEN SO WONDERFUL BEFORE. HE NEVER PRESSURED US, AND MADE US FEEL THAT REGARDLESS, OF OUR CHOICE, HE WANTED US TO BE HAPPY. BUT... HONESTLY, WHEN YOU COMPARE THE HUNDAI PRODUCTS WITH ANYTHING ELSE (UNLESS IT IS 20,000 MORE)... EVERYTHING ELSE COMES UP SHORT! AND DID I MENTION DALE??? DURING OUR EXPLORATORY PHASE, WE HAD THE CHANCE TO INTERACT WITH SALESMEN FROM OTHER CAR MANUFACTURERS... CHRYSLER/FIAT IN JAX & MINI COOPER TO NAME TWO. ALTHOUGH WE TOLD THE CHRYSLER/FIAT SALESMAN WE WERE SIMPLY IN AN INFO GATHERING STAGE, HE STILL TRIED SOME MANIPULATIVE TACTICS TO TRY AND GET US TO SIGN A STATEMENT THAT "I WILL BUY & DRIVE TODAY" IF HE COULD COME BACK WITH A PRICE WE LIKED. HE FOLDED THE PRICE SHEET TO HIDE THE PRICE AND PUT A LITTLE X WITH A LINE BENEATH THAT STATEMENT. WE ARE NO DUMMIES. I AM A RETIRED COLLEGE PROFESSOR, AND MY WIFE IS AN ICU NURSE AND A MEMBER OF MENSA....BUT, BECAUSE (I SUSPECT) WE ARE CONSIDERED "ELDERLY", THE CHRYSLER/FIAT SALESMAN TRIED MANIPULATIVE TACTICS THAT WERE SO PUSHY, LAME AND TRANSPARENT THAT WE WERE FRANKLY OUTRAGED. WHEN HE ASKED US TO SIGN ON HIS SILLY LINE, MY WIFE LOOKED HIM IN THE EYE, LAUGHED ALOUD, AND SAID. "SERIOUSLY? NO, WE ARE LEAVING." AND WE DID. THE MINI COOPER SALESMAN ACTED SUPERIOR AND QUICKLY LET US KNOW THAT HIS CARS WERE FOR "SPECIAL PEOPLE"... RIGHT! WELL, THAT NIGHT WE DECIDED THAT NOTHING COULD BEAT THE HUNDAI EXPERIENCE, AND MOST OF ALL... NO SALESMAN CAN HOLD A CANDLE TO DALE WALTON. THIS IS THE KIND OF PERSON YOU WANT REPRESENTING YOU, HUNDAI!! HE'S HONEST, CARING, HELPFUL AND JUST REALLY THE GREATEST GUY. WE COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH OUR SONATA AND OUR TUCSON, AND ACTUALLY LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING WITH DALE AGAIN IN 3 YEARS. WE FEEL LIKE WE HAVE FOUND HOME AND BECAUSE OF THE AWESOME EXPERIENCE WE WERE PROVIDED AT KEY HUNDAI, WE EXPECT TO BE LOYAL CUSTOMERS FOR MANY, MANY YEARS TO COME. OH... AND WE ARE TELLING ALL OUR FRIENDS HERE ON AMELIA ISLAND, TOO! ONE MORE THING, I AM SOOOO SORRY, BUT I CANNOT REMEMBER THE NAME OF THE FELLOW THAT DID ALL OF OUR LEASE PAPERWORK. THERE WERE 2 GENTELMEN, AND BOTH WERE SIMPLY FABULOUS! AND, I MUST ALSO MENTION MAURICE. WHEN DALE WAS BUSY WITH ANOTHER CLIENT, HE ASKED MAURICE TO LET US SEE AND DRIVE THE CARS WE WERE INTERESTED IN LEASING. MAURICE WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE! HE, TOO, KNEW EVERYTHING ABOUT EVERY HUNDAI DOWN TO THE NUTS AND BOLTS. HE ALSO WAS HELPFUL, FUN AND ABLE TO ANSWER ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS. HE NEVER MADE US FEEL RUSHED OR THAT WE WERE TAKING TOO MUCH OF HIS TIME. THE EXCELLENT SERVICE WE RECEIVED FROM MAURICE SPEAKS VERY HIGHLY OF THE TEAMWORK AND EXTREME "ESPRIT DE CORPS" AT KEY HUNDAI. WE WOULDN'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
