Richard didn't treat me like a Teflon torpedo to be rushed through the process so he can move on to his next victim. He genuinely cared about what I needed in this vehicle not merely which vehicle he could bonus on. When I had doubts he allowed me to work through them at my pace and on my terms. Richard treats the car acquisition process more like a guide than an automotive xxxx daddy. The last thing I need in my life is to endure another automotive xxxxx house. It's almost like if Tony Robbins was selling cars now. Thanks to Richard the Earth travels around the sun in a better orbit. Sure would be nice if the brother would.......yeah, I've got nothing. Other than he could never remember my name ;-) he made getting this car effortless. Like it should be. I wish the fleas of a thousand camels into the armpits of every other salesperson I've ever met. Richard is an oasis in an industry desert of pain and sufffering. I wont hold his affiliation with Florida State against him. I want to.
