At no point during the process did I was very happy with the way Brian listened to my needs/budget and worked with me to put me in the car I wanted. At no point during the process did I feel he was trying to push a sale or pressure me into a deal I wasn't comfortable with. Even after the first day I drove the car, he invited to me to come back when I felt ready to talk purchase instead of 'keeping me on the lot' as other dealerships do. We knew that sooner or later we were going to need a sec My husband and I purchased a Sonata from Nelson Caballero at Key Hyundai in December of 2016. We knew that sooner or later we were going to need a second vehicle, but at the time we could only afford one car payment because we were building our new home. In May 2017 after just moving into our new home, I had an accident in my older beloved Honda Pilot on the way to work. The repairs were going to be astronomical and just not worth it. I called Nelson and he cleared his schedule for me and I explained to him my ordeal. Not only did he have me in a new Santa Fe in a matter of minutes, but he listened to my concerns about the financial aspect of it all and got me locked in a payment that I could deal with. I love Nelson and think the world of him. I highly recommend him for your next car buying experience. You won't be disappointed. More
