Within a short time, we were able to come to an agreement on all of the above. We had to locate the color I wanted with the package I wanted as they did not have one on the lot. They went above and beyond attempting to locate and deliver a vehicle exactly as I desired. However, due to lack of availability within a satisfactory perimeter, I decided to go with my second color option, and they had one on the lot. From the moment I walked in the door until I drove off the lot with my car, I was treated with the utmost respect and every effort was made to accommodate my needs as a customer. With Brian's explanation of the Hyundai Ioniq, we were armed with the information needed to make the purchase. Once he was aware we weren't going to buy on the first visit, his only request was to give us all the information he had about the car. We were greeted by David Hayes, probably the best car salesman that I have ever worked with. He immediately got a sense of what we were looking for. We hopped into a brand new 2017 Acadia Denali, and he drove us around the lot to show us pre-owned Acadias, new Acadias, and the Santa Fe Limited Ultimate. David never tried to push us or sell us on anything. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars, and we really felt that he had our best interest at heart. When we started to negotiate the price of the car, he told us his commission was not tied to the sale price of the car. He and Key Hyundai really worked with us. They gave us much more cash back for our trade in than it was worth. There were also very good manufacturer and dealership incentives on the Santa Fe. We are very happy with the bottom line price!! We love our new car!! I'd HIGHLY recommend Key Dealerships and David Hayes as a sales representative to anyone!! More
