I told him my situation and what I wanted to pay. He listened and only showed me the type of cars that would fit my needs and my budget. Didn't try to upsell me on anything. I then met with Alan and Mike in finance and the 3 of them pushed the banks to hurry up with their paperwork so I could take home my car. When I went in to pick it up Mike had all the paperwork ready and explained it in detail to me. It was exactly what I had spoken to Justin about a few days before. Again, no push from Mike into buying anything extra. I signed and was out with my new car within an hour all detailed and filled with gas. Justin even put my tag on for me and showed me what all the switches did, etc before I left. This is the only dealership I have ever posted a review about and wouldn't even consider sending my friends anywhere else. More

When meeting my sales person Brian Pfeifer I felt immediately different than what I was expecting, he gave me a sense of no bs and being straight forward with me. He gave me the numbers, and we were on our way to getting the paper work completed. In the past I have had to spend so much time in dealerships, this time was different. This was such a pleasant transaction, and quick, I love my new car, and will gladly recommend key buick to my friends and family. More
