Brian Pfeifer enabled me to make the choice that met my desire for a luxurious, well built car similar to my previously owned Mercedes S-420. I LOVE my new Equus, friends and co-workers are amazed with the quality and features Brian had so accurately described, for half the cost of comparable luxury cars! A few days ago, my Equus Angel Wings Hood Ornament was installed, which is the “icing on the cake”! Several months ago, Brian assisted my Mom in the purchase of a 2015 Sonata. Outstanding I absolutely have learned in the past that even with a new car purchase, dealerships often play games during the negotiation process to get you to the I absolutely have learned in the past that even with a new car purchase, dealerships often play games during the negotiation process to get you to their target. It is a negotiation, but it's meant that most of the time I ended up needing to spend the entire day and closing the doors with them (finished after closing) to get something done. Not with Key Hyundai and not with Richard. I have now bought my third new vehicle with Richard and I'm just flat out impressed with his and the dealerships honesty and integrity. They follow through and simply do not play games. And most assuredly, that was not the case with two completely different Hyundai dealerships...their handling experiences (at the OTHER dealerships) easily could have put me in the bucket of "never again would I consider...". More
