My first experience buying a car on my own. I was referred to Key Scales Ford by a woman on my golf league. I have previously dealt with a car dealer in Illinois for 30 + years. I was little scared to go to someone I had no history with. However, I was lucky enough to meet Fred Almonte. He made me feel comfortable and worked with me toward a fair and equitable deal. He made sure that i was familiar with all the features that the Ford Escape had to offer. Our family cars were always a Chevy. I had not driven a Ford product since my first car(Pinto) many years ago. I can only hope when I trade this car in that Fred will be there to work with me. More
