Great Experience Purchasing My 2015 Explorer Sport Cat was fantastic! I mainly dealt with her over the phone, as I live 45 minutes from the dealership, but she was quick to respond and helped us to ach Cat was fantastic! I would highly recommend working with Cat and Key Scales Ford, as it was a great buying/overall experience. We even received a hand-written thank you note from the President of the dealership thanking us for our purchase. The moment I walked up I was met by Mark, he took the time to show me all the trucks that met what i was looking for. He made the entire experience a friendly relaxed time. The entire dealership as a whole was a great atmosphere. Dan who prepared the contract was also a pressure to work with.
