A good experience Arriving at the dealership looking for a lease car for my 84 year old mother, my son, mother, and I were greeted by Fred Almonte. After explaining wh Arriving at the dealership looking for a lease car for my 84 year old mother, my son, mother, and I were greeted by Fred Almonte. After explaining what we were searching for he kindly took my mom by golf cart while my son and I walked to the lot to see what was available. It wasn't long before we found a Ford Fusion which met all her needs. Back in his office we were able to agree on a lease price. Fred quickly did the necessary paper work while my son returned to the Villages, emptied her old car and brought it back to the dealership. Shortly we were back on the road in the new Fusion. The entire process took no more than 3 hours. My mom is very pleased with her new car and we would highly recommend Fred Almonte at Key Scales Ford to friends and family. Thank you Fred, Kathi More
