Awesome Dealership! This is our 2nd new truck we have bought there. We won't go anywhere else but Key Scales Ford. I love the fact that everyone there is very courteous. Everyone is willing to work with you and treat you like a person. They actually care. Joe in service is awesome to deal with. He knows his stuff. Top notch service We purchased a 2013 Escape one month ago from Blake. Yesterday my wife went out to leave for Orlando and the next day drive to Miami area and the car We purchased a 2013 Escape one month ago from Blake. Yesterday my wife went out to leave for Orlando and the next day drive to Miami area and the car wouldn't start. Got Joe from service and he told me even though they were booked up pretty good if I could jump it off my truck and get it there he would get it in somehow. They found out battery was shot . It was under warranty and my wife was on her way 2 hours later. Really impressed with Joe and the service we received. More
